As you listen to this meditation,
Allow me to be the voice of your consciousness.
Allow me to be the voice you need to hear.
The intention for this meditation is self-love,
Self-forgiveness.
Allow your imagination to run wild in this meditation.
Allow your thoughts to come and go in a beautiful dance of synchronicity,
Love,
Perfect timing.
Realize in this moment,
This moment now,
That the only time there is,
Is now,
And you exist now.
Therefore,
You are an infinite being.
Since you exist,
You know that you exist for a reason,
And you know that you are worthy of existence.
Because if you were not worthy of existence,
You would not exist.
Really breathe this in.
Breathe in this transformation and allow yourself to truly love yourself.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of forgiveness.
See all the times in your reality and your life.
Allow yourself to go through your memories.
See times when you were down,
When you were sad,
And send yourself love in this instance.
I love you.
You love you.
And together,
We are becoming greater versions of ourself.
You are not alone in this conquest.
This conquest of your mind and reality to change your existence.
See people in your reality right here and right now as you sit in silence.
See people in your reality coming into your life in perfect timing.
See all negativity and all negative people disappearing from your life.
Moving on,
Moving away as you move forward.
Forward towards greatness.
Forward towards healing.
Forward towards enlightenment as you stand strong.
Right here and right now,
I stand with you.

In this process of forgiveness,
I forgive you.
So forgive yourself in this instant in time.
Say it in your mind with conviction and clarity.
And most importantly,
Say it with love.
I forgive myself because I know that I am worthy of forgiveness.
So I forgive myself and I forgive everyone else in my reality that has not treated me right.
That has not done right by me.
I forgive them.
Something good will come from my interaction with them.
And I separate from them in a positive way.
I stand strong in my convictions of loving myself,
Forgiving myself,
Forgiving others and sending love to others.
And standing strong in separation.
Separation in which I can grow.
I can move towards the light.
Towards harmony.
Towards love.
I see a reality in this moment.
A reality in which I have all that I need.
When I need it.
I am surrounded by loving people.
Everyone that comes into contact with me.
Wants what's best for me.
I am surrounded by a blanket of love.
Curated just for me.
Feel your soul.
Your very essence snuggling up in this blanket of love.
Empowering you.
Empowering you to move on and move forward.
Leaving the past in the past.
Because the past no longer exists.
The only time that exists is now.
Now is where we state who we are going to be and what we are going to be.
And now we state that we are strong.
We are healthy.
We are intelligent.
We love ourselves with the love of God.
With the love of an all-loving being.
Feel this love as I am sending you love.
Right doesn't matter where you are.
I am with you.

I forgive you.
