Hi,

Welcome to Happy Mind Meditations.

This is a short but powerful meditation and when practiced daily,

Will give you a superpower in the manifesting world.

I assume if you are interested in this meditation then you are very interested in the power of manifestation and being your own conscious creator.

It is counter intuitive to what you may have done in the past,

But it's all about letting go and surrendering to speed up the manifestation process.

Often we get so attached and cling on to our desires that we find it very difficult to really detach and let go and that's a super important part of being able to receive then what you ask for.

So in this short and powerful meditation,

We're going to let go,

Detach and come back into a scented place so that we're able to receive our desires at a more rapid rate.

So let's jump straight into this meditation,

I want you to begin by just taking a comfortable seated position or you can lie down.

Just become aware of your thoughts,

Your mind,

The talking,

The chatter,

Whatever's going on and just focus now on your breath.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Expanding your belly and a gentle exhale.

Just bring your attention gently to your breath as you continue with these slow,

Deep inhale,

Exhale.

And I want you now just to focus on letting go of the past,

Releasing any baggage,

Any thoughts that might be holding on to past experiences.

The past is done,

There is no going back,

There is no need in this moment of time to think about what has already happened.

So just give yourself permission now and feel what it feels like to detach and let go of the past.

Take a deep breath in if you like and on the exhale,

Imagine yourself just releasing,

Fully letting go of the past.

Feel the weight of the past now being completely released.

Now for the future,

All your desires,

All your plans,

Upcoming goals,

Intentions,

For now we're going to let them go and in doing so we're going to trust that everything we have set in motion is perfectly aligned and in motion and there is no more need for us to put our attention there.

So for now,

Just allow yourself to let go of all future plans and just sink into that space,

The space of now and any time you notice your mind trying to go back into past experiences or diving forward into the future to come,

Just gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Gentle exhale and sink deeper into this present moment.

You have about yourself the identities,

Maybe the friend,

The business person,

Whatever you label yourself as.

What does it feel like to let go of all ideas of yourself?

Just feel that space,

That place in between and allow yourself to drift into the silent space.

Just imagine yourself as a ball of light and all these strands of light coming out of you are connecting to all of your loved ones,

All of the people you know and are connected with.

And I want you just to imagine with every inhale and exhale,

Just imagine these strands of light disconnecting and coming and slowly working their way back into the core of your being.

Just unplug from all relationships for now,

Trusting this is an important part of your manifestation process.

Into the space,

Place both your palms over your heart center now.

Going to take a few deep breaths,

Focusing in on the heart center as if you're breathing in and out from your heart.

Just to focus on the sensations of breathing through the heart center.

And on the exhale,

Just allow your heart to open up and expand.

Feel the warmth.

On the last one,

Just imagine your heart down by your side or on your knee.

On the exhale,

Just imagine roots pushing down,

Green roots pushing down from the bottom of your spine and making their way deep into the earth below.

Continue with these slow deep breaths in and out.

And just visualize on the exhale,

Roots working their way down through the bottom of your spine,

Deep into the earth below.

These green roots take with them all of the negativity,

Any stuck,

Stubborn energy,

Any fears,

Any worries,

And with every exhale,

You allow it to work its way out your body down the bottom of your spine through these roots as they go deeper and deeper into the earth below,

Bringing our focus and attention back to the body,

Back to this present moment,

Ready to receive more of your desires with more power and clarity until the next meditation.
