Welcome to a guided meditation for your heart.
With sound.
Let yourself just find a most comfortable seat,
Or you could lay down,
Maybe have a pillow behind your heart,
Behind your head.
As your feet ground.
Or stay seated.
Your choice.
But let yourself land right where you are.
Take a moment to land.
Arrive in your seat.
And you just start to notice your breath.
We know where our attention goes,
Our energy flows.
So notice the attention of your breath.
And start to focus the attention as you take a big breath in.
Let it out with a ha.
Take a big breath in right into your heart.
Letting it out.
So the heart has many doors,
Many windows.
And in this guided meditation,
We will focus our attention.
On those doors and windows to allow,
To open,
To give,
To receive.
So focus your attention right here.
At the bottom of your heart.
To the Earth energy.
Mother Earth.
Your most grounded,
Supported,
Connected place.
Notice what's there.
Take a big breath into being connected to yourself.
To Mother Earth.
Ha.
Now shift your attention to the top of your heart,
To that connection to source energy.
Something greater than us.
And breathe into the top of your heart.
Again,
Know you're not alone.
You Shift your attention right to the right side of your heart,
To the yang energy,
To the strength in you.
Big breath.
Let it out with a sigh.
That whole right side,
The yang,
The fire in you.
What is here for me.
And now shift your attention to the left side of your heart,
To the yin,
To the quiet,
To the mother light,
To the cooling.
Big breath in,
Yin of the heart.
And notice what's here.
And come to the back of your heart to the unknown.
And let it all in if there's any fear.
Can always breathe into the sound CHU,
Letting go of fear.
Letting the water release.
Come to that front of the heart,
To the.
.
.
Courage in you at all.
That protector that shines out every day.
Notice what's here.
The you that shines out into the world.
Maybe even find a smile on your face.
And now draw your attention like a diamond light right into the center of you.
That unconditional love that takes it all in and let yourself just rest there and simply listen.
What is here for me now.
As you pause in the stillness of your own heart.
Maybe even finding a smile on your face,
Thanking yourself for taking care of you.
Start to rub your hands together.
Maybe shake them out.
Letting go of any last junk or funk or gunk.
I'm getting the gunk and the junk and the funk out of my voice.
Ah,
Being able to just laugh at yourself as you bring your hands to your heart.
And setting your intention.
For whatever it is you want to walk through your day with,
Using the mantra,
I am.
And fill in the blank.
I am.
How do you want to step through the door and walk into your day?
I am.
Drawing your hands to your heart.
Simply bowing to yourself.
Bowing to the light inside.
