Welcome beautiful beings,

Powerful hearts,

Sensitive souls in this world.

Welcome back to another guided journey in meditation from my heart to yours,

My spirit to yours.

Today's meditation holds the intention of feeling worthy,

Connecting into all things worthiness.

Tuning into our natural birthright of love,

Of potential,

Of all things possibility.

Together we will open up and allow through our innate state of worthiness and soothe and soften the voices that say I don't deserve this,

Or it is safer to stay small,

Or if I hide I will not have to deal with the rejection,

The abandonment and all of the shadows and tension that comes.

Today we remember the truth,

You were born worthy,

Nothing can take that away.

So with me closing your eyes and taking a big deep breath in through our nose,

Into our belly and slowly out through our mouth.

Going again,

This time breathing in our enoughness,

Breathing in and breathing out any current tension.

And as we continue our soft and gentle,

Easeful breathing,

Either sitting or lying down,

Let your eyes soften,

Let your body start to drop deeper.

And every inhale inviting in more of your presence,

More of that deeper spirit of you that will remind you today of your deep worthiness.

Feeling your body arrive here in this moment,

Safe,

Supported and held.

Beginning this worthiness journey by bringing awareness to a place in your life where feelings of unworthiness sometimes arise.

Maybe it's around receiving love or receiving affection,

Connection,

Intimacy.

Maybe it's stepping into a bigger role,

A bigger limelight where your gifts and your magic are seen by more people.

Or maybe it's trusting that joy,

Happiness,

Pleasure can last.

Notice the thoughts that appear,

The thoughts of I don't deserve this.

Who am I to want more?

It is so much safer to stay small.

Whatever the thought pattern,

Whatever the words,

Whatever the way that they are presenting,

Allow and let these thoughts be seen without pushing or forcing them away.

Observe,

Allow yourself to detach from being identified by them.

For they are not your truth.

They are echoes of old stories,

Old pain,

Old spaces and places that you get to choose to move beyond.

And so with these perceptions and thoughts present,

Let's breathe into our presence that is beyond and holds all of them.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And noticing how your body already feels different.

Noticing the tension around these thought forms starting to soften.

And with this softness,

We direct our breath deeply into the heart space.

And seeing a soft golden light beginning to glow outwards from our heart,

From our heart field.

Noticing how warm,

Gentle and unconditionally loving this field is.

As you continue to breathe at your own pace,

Inviting these feelings of unworthiness,

These stories of unworthiness,

These thoughts of unworthiness into this light,

Into this field of golden,

Loving expression.

And see these thought forms,

See these aspects of you being held,

Held,

Being soothed,

Being understood by the field of love that is you.

And as you connect,

As you acknowledge each of them inwardly with me,

Whisper you are safe.

You are seen.

You are loved.

And feel your heart expand with compassion,

Expand with devotion to these parts of you that have felt so small.

Parts of you that have felt not enough and deeply unworthy.

And allowing any emotion around these parts to move through us,

To be felt,

To be fully experienced here in this moment.

Now with these stories and these thought patterns and experiences starting to loosen,

Starting to soften,

Starting to release,

Let us continue seeing and imagining this time of ourselves standing at the center of a vast open space.

This vast open space is filled with possibility,

Filled with creation,

Filled with limitless potential.

And in this clearing,

In this field,

In this opening,

Before you,

You see a doorway,

A portal,

A threshold into the next chapter of your life.

Notice how parts of you hesitate,

Continuing to whisper their stories of smallness,

Their stories of staying in the safety,

Stories of let us just be how it is.

And once again,

We take a breath.

With every exhale,

Letting your body lean toward the expansion,

Lean toward the threshold.

And seeing the doorway shining with light,

Shining with magic,

Inviting you to step through.

This light is a reflection of your deep worthiness.

And it has been and is waiting for you to claim,

Waiting for you to not just step through,

But step through and embody what is on the other side.

So,

Here with me,

With so much support,

Love,

Being held deeply,

Claim this worthiness.

Claim it so it is felt.

Claim it so your heart burns with its knowing.

Claim it so when you step from this meditation today,

You know where to find it.

And as you breathe into this remembering,

Feel these words I speak as a prayer over your worthiness.

You were born worthy.

You deserve love and deserve to be loved.

You are safe to expand.

And you are more than ready to step into the fullness of who you were born to be.

So,

Continuing to slowly integrate with your breath these sensations of what you are,

What is your deepest reality,

Feeling the spaciousness in your chest,

Noticing the safeness,

The openness,

The aliveness in your field.

Noticing the weight of unworthiness that you no longer need to carry.

Embracing this newest version of you.

Embracing this version of you that never needed to prove or strive or fit into any box.

And one more deep breath with me,

Claiming every piece of this.

With so much ease and grace,

When you're ready,

You can bring your awareness to your body,

To the room,

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

And opening your eyes from this place,

From this space of a worthiness that you are here to embody.

And with my final words today,

I hold on my heart your greatest vision,

Your greatest version your greatest timeline in which this worthy you shares it all.
