Welcome beautiful heart back to another guided meditation and journey from my heart to yours.
Today's intention is supporting you to awaken your third eye for deeper intuition,
Inner knowing and self-trust.
So I'll ask you to gently close your beautiful eyes finding a comfortable position allowing your spine to be relaxed and supported.
Taking a slow breath in through your nose into your belly with me holding at the top and letting go.
Going again breathing in through your nose into your belly holding at the top and letting go.
Today's meditation on awakening your third eye is something that has never actually been asleep.
Your intuition,
Your inner knowing,
Your ability to sense truth beneath the noise and the static is your birthright.
This is not about becoming something woo-woo and mystical or seeing visions.
It's about remembering how to trust the gentle,
Quiet yet all-powerful intelligence already living within you.
So today we're not forcing an activation.
We are here to soften into what is already you.
So continuing to breathe gently and as we tune into our inner awareness,
Let us first direct this awareness to the base of our body.
Feel gravity holding you,
Feel gravity supporting you and continue to direct and pull your perception downward.
Imagine gentle roots from your legs,
From your feet,
From your body in general shifting down into the earth beneath you,
Down into mother earth allowing you to feel waves of stability,
Calmness,
Security,
Feeling deeply more held,
Allowing this sense of safety and support to wash and move through your being.
Knowing that your intuition becomes more clear when the body first feels safe.
As I affirm for you,
Can you feel my words?
You are supported.
You are supported.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Letting go.
Going again,
Breathing into this support and breathing out,
Letting go.
Noticing the sounds around you,
Instead of resisting,
You drop in to all that is passing through with your awareness,
All that is moving through your field,
You allow it to exist.
Maybe there's some thoughts in your field,
Some plans,
Memories,
Conversations,
Commentary.
Here in this moment,
Take this opportunity as I hold you,
As I love on you,
To turn down the volume,
To turn down the volume of the outer world.
And we'll do two rounds here of breath,
Each time breathing in to this power and breathing out,
Softening the intensity of the external noise.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Softening.
Breathing into this power and breathing out,
Softening.
Within this softness and the growing quietness of your external noise,
We can now flow our attention behind our forehead,
The space between the eyebrows,
Space of our third eye center.
And rest our awareness here,
Softening even more into this space.
And seeing,
Imagining,
Visualizing this third eye space as a soft inner lens.
Something that clears naturally.
And again,
Coming back to our breath as we inhale,
You'll see cool,
Calming light entering this point.
And as we exhale,
Dissolving any tension from the forehead,
Eyes,
And inner mind.
Breathing in,
Cooling.
Breathing out,
Tension.
Breathing in,
Cooling.
And breathing out,
Tension.
One more,
Breathing in,
Cooling to this third eye center.
And breathing out,
Tension.
And resting here a moment,
Feeling the muscles around,
Not just your third eye,
But your eyes also soften.
Feeling your jaw unclench.
Feeling your brain relax inside your skull.
Your perception shifts from thinking into intuitive sensing.
And you are learning to listen differently.
As you see now a gentle field of deep indigo or violet light start to form around your third eye center.
And it pulses slowly like a calm.
And in this beautiful light,
This third eye light,
We can ask silently and gently,
What does my inner wisdom want me to know right now?
What does my inner wisdom want me to know right now?
Do not search for answers.
Allow impressions,
A feeling,
A color.
A word,
A symbol.
Or simply an even deeper feeling of peace.
Trust deeply whatever arises.
Trust that whatever arises is nothing.
Your beautiful inner knowing often speaks as subtle certainty,
Rather than loud,
Over the top messages.
So here we will rest for a couple of breaths together,
Receiving without effort.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Receiving.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Receiving.
Sitting,
Noticing.
And with ease and grace,
We will combine now this inner knowing connection.
But the more strength-filled self-trust.
So dropping into our hearts and feeling the connection between your tingling and open third eye and your heart itself.
Peace,
Insight and compassion working together.
As you see a gentle stream of light between your heart and your forehead,
Between your heart and your third eye.
Wisdom,
Guided by deep,
Deep love.
Discernment,
Guided by care and compassion.
As you sit in this connection,
Feel these words that I affirm for you.
I trust the wisdom within me.
I am safe to listen to myself.
My knowing grows stronger each time I honor it.
I see beyond the physical world.
And feeling this heart-infused,
Seeing this heart-infused inner clarity.
As you zoom out slowly from this connection,
From your third eye and see your own energetic space around you.
This energetic space fueled and anchored from your inner knowing,
Your self-trust.
And in this space,
You are calm,
You are centered,
You are clear.
Clear from external opinions,
Expectations and the noise floating at a distance.
So as you see through your third eye this field of protection,
Sense the groundedness that you have within it.
The sovereignty you have within it.
The sense of a calm compass within you,
Waiting to direct you out in the world.
In a safe and harmonious way.
Breathing in to this space.
And breathing out,
Anchoring it.
Breathing in to this space.
Breathing out,
Anchoring it.
And coming to the end of this third eye awakening.
For your intuition,
Your inner knowing,
Your self-trust.
As we integrate and commit to taking this knowingness,
This trust,
This intuitive sense out into the world.
Trusting our own inner light.
Connecting this to our body,
Feeling how present you are here.
And with slowness,
Ease and grace,
Coming back into the room that you are in.
Wiggling your toes and your fingers.
And slowly,
Slowly opening your eyes,
Knowing that you carry this quiet clarity with you.
And it is only ever a deep inner connection away from reawakening once more.
