Welcome to this week's meditation.
Taking a seat or laying down on the ground.
Getting into a comfortable position,
Whatever suits you.
Today we're going to go on a small journey to allow forgiveness of self and bring in a lot of love,
Protection and guidance for yourself.
So allowing any emotion that comes up,
Physical,
Mental to come and be.
And that it's okay to feel,
It's okay to sense,
Release anger,
Sadness.
And allow yourself to be in a safe place.
Dropping away your shoulders,
The muscles around your cheek and cheekbones.
Dropping away the muscles around your eye and eyelids,
Eyebrows widening apart from each other.
Soften the muscles on your forehead where your third eye sits.
The muscles on your head,
Your crown,
Opening up your crown chakra,
Soul star chakra.
And together we're just going to take three long deep breaths in and holding them at the top.
So inhale,
Nice deep breath in base of the stomach.
Holding an audible exhale out,
Releasing.
Inhale base of stomach.
Holding,
Audible exhale.
One more time,
Inhale.
Holding,
Audible exhale.
Releasing.
And then just simply returning back to your normal breath.
And just observing your breath with no judgment.
And just watching what your breath's doing.
Where it's entering from and exiting from.
What part of your body is falling and rising?
Where can you feel your breath?
Can you feel it on the wall of your nose or in your mouth?
Just simply noticing.
Bringing the awareness to the breath.
And if you can visualize in your third eye or in your mind's eye a younger you,
Maybe it was yesterday,
Or maybe your younger you was eight or two.
It doesn't matter about the age,
Just visualizing,
Seeing them in front of you.
If you can't visualize just sensing a younger you being with you.
Maybe you can smell a certain scent.
Or you can visualize a certain event.
What does it feel like and look like?
What's around you?
Who's around you?
Allowing that moment,
That event,
That younger self to strongly come forward into your vision,
Into your mind's eye.
And I want you,
As the present you,
To speak to your younger self.
And say,
I forgive you.
It's okay to be scared.
It's okay to feel lost.
I'm here right now,
Looking after you,
Protecting you now with higher knowledge.
I'm stronger and wiser than I was then.
I forgive you for feeling scared.
I forgive you for feeling lonely.
I forgive you for feeling weak,
Afraid,
Lost.
I forgive you for feeling ashamed.
I forgive you for feeling anxious.
I forgive you for feeling depressed.
I forgive you for feeling negative,
Ugly,
Fat,
Too skinny.
I forgive you for all the sadness and pain that you feel,
Felt.
I forgive you for not having a voice when you need it.
I forgive you and I love you.
You were so strong and so beautiful.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for waiting for me to talk to you.
Thank you for waiting for me to find you.
I love you.
I forgive you.
I'm so sorry for the pain,
The sadness.
Thank you.
I'm telling yourself how beautiful you are,
Surrounding your younger self with gold,
Light radiating down and around your younger self from the divine energy.
Allow your younger self to be filled with angels and love,
Sending them love and protection and guidance,
Sending your younger self pure knowledge and wisdom,
Sending your younger self anything that they needed at that time,
Protection,
A voice,
Strength,
Sending your younger self anything that they needed at that time.
And watching them being held by the angels or the strength and watching your younger self change from being scared or anxious to a more happier,
Softer,
Lighter self,
Now after hearing all the forgiveness and all the love that your younger self just needed.
And when you get to the stage where your younger self is happy,
Fulfilled and light and free,
Bringing your younger self into your heart center and letting them be a part of your heart center again,
Filling your own present heart center up with love,
Even placing your hand on your heart and telling yourself,
I love you.

And just breathe that in.
I love you.

Feeling the love for yourself and the forgiveness that you've just given yourself.
I am okay.
I am strong.
I have the power of love.
I have the power of compassion for myself and others.
I have the power to be bliss and filled with bliss.
And I release all that no longer serves me.
And I allow and I welcome in good energies and entities into my space.
And I reflect any low vibrational energies.
I'm turning to yourself one last time and thanking yourself for being here.
Taking a moment to reflect,
Acknowledge oneself.
