Welcome beautiful souls.

Today we take a moment just for you,

A pause from the rush,

A pause to reconnect.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold for a moment and exhale,

Follow.

Have you stopped today to simply feel,

To notice the body,

The heart,

The mind.

Let's begin by bringing awareness to your breath,

Not forcing it,

Simply observing it,

Like waves gently moving in and out.

With each inhale allow calm and clarity to fill you.

With each exhale release tension,

Doubt and worry.

Place a gentle hand over your heart,

Feel the rise and fall with your breath.

Notice the energy here.

Affirm silently,

I am present,

I am aware,

I am allowed to just be.

Imagine a warm golden light surrounding your body,

Soft,

Protective and alive.

As this light flows through you it awakens your senses,

Your energy,

Your knowing.

Feel the rhythm of your breath as it matches the rhythm of the earth beneath you,

Grounding you,

Connecting you,

Supporting you.

Ask yourself gently,

What am I feeling right now?

There is no judgment,

Just curiosity.

Let your body respond,

Maybe a sensation,

Maybe warm,

Just observe and allow it to move through you.

Now take a moment to connect with your inner self,

Your higher self,

Your wisdom,

Your truth and ask,

What do I need to hear today?

Feel the answer arise,

It may come as a thought,

A feeling,

An image,

Whatever it is,

Receive it with gratitude and openness and begin to bring your awareness back to your body.

Feel the points of contact with your seat,

Your feet on the floor.

Take a deep nourishing breath in,

And hold,

And exhale fully.

Feel gratitude for this moment you've given yourself for stopping,

For feeling,

For simply being.

Know that you can carry this peace,

This clarity,

This connection with you through the rest of your day.

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes,

Bringing this awareness and calm into the world with you.

Thank you for pausing,

Thank you for feeling,

Thank you for being.
