Welcome to this guided meditation on energy clearing.
This guided meditation on energy clearing will focus on each part of your body.
I will support you in your breath as well as clear your blocks in your body.
You will feel the energy shift.
You might feel tingles,
Coolness,
Breeze,
Some pressure and energy moving in and out of your body.
You can lay down or sit up,
Whatever you are comfortable with.
Just take a couple of deep breaths and slowly and gently allow your eyes to close.
Now start to feel your body as you breathe in and out.
How does it feel?
You might notice your thoughts wandering.
Just notice and every exhale relax your body a little bit more.
Let us first start at the top of your head.
Notice what you feel at the top of your head.
Notice the top of your head.
Notice your spine.
Clearing the spine as this is the main hub from your brain to the rest of your body.
Feel that energy going down your spine.
Let's do that again.
From the top of your head all the way down your spine.
Feeling that gentle breeze,
Tingles,
Coolness.
Feel your spine opening.
Now let's move down the body.
Right on the side of your neck.
Feel the energy from your neck,
Down your shoulders,
Down your arms.
Let's move to the back,
The back of your body.
Right at the base of your neck.
Put your attention there.
Putting your attention on your back.
From the top of your shoulders going down your back.
Feel the breeze.
Feel the coolness.
Feel the tingles.
Feeling the energy shift.
Feeling the movement.
Let's go to the front.
Right in your heart space.
Sending the energy in your heart space.
Feel it open.
Let's go to your belly.
Cleaning your belly.
Feeling the movement of the energy.
Let's go back to the top of your head.
Sending energy down your face,
Down your shoulders,
Your front and your back.
Feeling your body relax just a little bit more.
Down your legs,
Down your calves,
And all the way down your feet.
Feel that energy around you.
What color do you see?
What do you feel?
Feel the vibration.
Taking a deep breath into your belly.
Exhale to lift.
And gently open your eyes.
