The affirmations will gently reprogram your subconscious mind by creating new neural pathways in the brain.
You can repeat them out loud or silently in your head if you like or you can just relax and let the words wash over you.
Your subconscious mind is always listening so the words will still have a powerful and lasting impact.

I am here in my body and I am safe.
