The Borderland Guided Meditation.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Inhaling deeply into your stomach.
And relaxing your breath as you exhale.
Focus on your body.
Allowing your breath to be calm.
Your mind to be clear.
And your heart to be open.
Take a deep breath.
Inhaling deeply into your stomach.
And relaxing your breath as you exhale.
Feeling yourself enter in between the moments.
Feeling yourself approaching closer and closer to the unknown.
Deeper and deeper into the borderland.
Imagine yourself standing in the bright sun in an open field.
Feel the rays of the sun symbolic of your inner voice.
Traveling through the earth's atmosphere symbolic of the borderland.
And feel the rays of the sun entering your body.
Ask a question of your inner voice.
And see the answer approaching you.
Traveling as a ray from the sun.
Through deep space.
Through the earth's atmosphere.
Into your mind.
Into your body.
Observing your feeling sense.
Watching the energy change and move.
Allowing yourself to see images from memories to surface.
Allowing the answer to form in your conscious mind.
Receiving fully the knowledge and wisdom of your inner voice.
Observe your mind.
Notice if any part of your conscious or unconscious mind is dismissing the images or thoughts or feelings.
Simply shift your attention back to what you are receiving.
And if you need clarification,
Ask your inner voice to send you another ray through the borderland to clarify and give you all you need.
When you are ready,
Take several deep breaths.
Returning to your body.
Stretching,
Moving.
Opening your eyes and writing down your experience in your journal.
