Think of a situation in your life where you are in need of new insight.
Somewhere you feel stuck.
A place where you know that turning to a higher consciousness can bring you answers.
Once you've defined this place in your life,
Start to sink into a timeless in-between moment.
Relaxing your breath,
Allowing your body to relax.
Noticing how certain places in your mind become afraid or try and take control when you are letting go of control.
And allowing yourself to be timeless in between the moments.
Now continue to travel into the borderland,
Deeper into yourself.
Into the borderland,
On the border of that which is unknown.
Visualize yourself rising into the sky.
Higher and higher.
Over your neighborhood.
Over your city.
Higher into the atmosphere.
Until you are in the borderland.
Between Earth and space.
The rays of the sun shining and you receiving it.
Now ask your inner voice,
Ask the sun for answers.
Observe the sensations in your body,
Your feeling sense.
Allow the sensations to spread.
Allow the old to leave.
Allow the new to be born.
With every breath,
The answers from your inner voice spreading through your body into your conscious mind.
Becoming insights,
Images and intuitions.

New images of possibility and new intuitions.
