Let's go ahead and find a comfortable position.
Fiddling in and beginning to rest for the next few moments.
Allowing the body to soften.
Let's take a deep breath in and just let it out.
This is an invitation to close your eyes.
Let your eyes just relax from all the external stimuli.
Feeling into our connection to what is supporting us.
Whether we are seated or standing.
Allowing ourselves to be held and supported.
As we let the body soften,
We begin to notice the quality of our breath.
From the inhale we feel the air through our nostrils.
Maybe the rise of our chest and shoulders.
Maybe the expansion of our belly.
And as we exhale we connect to coming back to our natural resting position.
Letting the neck and shoulders relax.
Allowing our hands to relax in our lap or wherever they are comfortable.
Let's connect to the sensation of our bodies in this moment.
And remembering that all is well.
All is well.
In this moment we allow what is.
There is no resistance.
It is merely observing the breath,
Connecting to our bodies and experiencing this moment just as it is.
And we remember that we can always come back to this feeling.
This remembering,
This knowing.
And the next inhale let's count to four.
Inhaling two,
Three,
Four.
And exhale two,
Three,
Four.
Again in two,
Three,
Four.
