Hi there and welcome to the reclaiming your values meditation My name is Kyra and I'll be your guide today Sometimes we get so swept up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and we lose connection to what really matters to us on a deep level So for today's meditation I'm going to ask you to leave behind your to-do list leave behind your daily chores and just take a few moments to listen to your heart and Reclaim what?

Truly matters to you so in a seated or However,

You feel comfortable find a position that works best for you today close down your eyes and Focus on your breathing Let's take a deep breath in through the nose And out through the nose In through the nose In through the nose And out And out one more deep full breath in And as you exhale release and relax your body completely Feeling centered Feeling calm Feeling present Bring your awareness to your heart You may like to place a hand over your heart if it feels good for you Over your heart if it feels good for you Becoming aware of every beat that comes from your heart The pulse of life And as you tune into your heart Listen carefully Listen carefully What does your heart truly want You What do you need to feel better in your life You What does your heart truly value I'll give you a moment here To tune in to the wisdom of your heart As you discover the values that matter deeply to you You You Honor the feeling of your heart Your heart will show you the way forward Bring your awareness back into the rest of your body now Perhaps moving your fingers a little Moving your toes Taking a deep breath in through the nose And sighing out the mouth Feeling reconnected to your heart's desires And feeling reconnected to your heart's desires And feeling reconnected to your heart's desires And feeling reconnected to your core values Keep these values that your heart desires in the forefront of your mind as you go about your day It's so important to connect to those things that matter to you on a deep level You can come back to this meditation whenever you need to tune into the wisdom of your heart again Have an amazing day.
