Transcript

Welcome to this two minute meditation.

Find a comfortable spot either sitting or lying and close down the eyes.

Letting go of any thoughts that may drift into the mind and just be present with your breath.

Breathing in deeply through the nose,

Exhaling slowly through the nose.

As you breathe in,

Breathe into the diaphragm,

The lungs,

Bringing the breath all the way up to the collarbone.

Then exhale slowly,

Letting all the air out of the breathing chambers.

Take another deep full breath in and a slow breath out.

On your next breath in,

Take the deepest breath you've taken all day and then exhale it out slowly,

Letting it all go.

Take another deep breath in through the nose,

Taking your time.

Exhale it out through the nose,

Slowly letting all the air out.

We'll take one last deep breath in together and this time sigh it out through the mouth,

Exhaling,

Letting it all go and then blinking open the eyes,

Coming back into the room.

Namaste.
