Bring yourself into a relaxing position.
Stretching or readjusting as you need to just so you can find yourself into a space that's going to be comfortable for you to be as still as possible for the duration of this meditation.
And once you're ready,
Bring your focus to your breath.
Focusing on taking a deep inhalation.
Filling your lungs with air before releasing and exhaling.
As you breathe in,
Feel the air expanding through your abdomen all the way up to your chest,
Your collarbones.
And then as you release the breath,
Just fill your lungs,
Deflating,
Completely releasing the breath.
Continue to breathe deeply.
And feeling your body relax more and more with each breath.
If you find your mind begins to wander during this meditation,
Just bring your focus back to your breath.
Focusing on those deep inhalations and exhalations.
Now that you are feeling completely relaxed and your mind has stilled and become focused on your breath.
We're going to turn inward and focus your energy on your third eye.
Which is the space on your forehead between your brows,
Between your eyes.
Focus on this space in your body.
Sending your energy to your third eye.
And imagine your third eye filling with a beautiful purple glowing light.
Filling your third eye space with this energy enables you to open yourself intuitively.
Expanding your psychic awareness and bringing you closer to connecting with your higher self.
And connecting with the universe.
In your third eye you begin to visualize all these bubbles floating around you.
You reach out and you catch a bubble in your hands so gently and delicately.
It does not burst and you are able to hold it there in your hands.
Inside this bubble you place a worry or anxiety or thought that has been burdening you in your life.
You simply place this thought inside the bubble and then you blow the bubble.
So it's drifting out into the air again.
And you watch this bubble as it reaches a point where it pops,
Vanishing into thin air.
And that thought that you placed inside simply vanishes as well.
And you feel a bit lighter as this thought is lifted off you.
You repeat the process again catching another bubble delicately in your hands.
And placing another worry or fear into this bubble.
And you blow it away letting it drift up into the sky before it too pops and vanishes.
And you feel lighter.
Continue to catch as many bubbles as you need.
Placing your thoughts and worries,
Anxieties and fears inside these bubbles.
And letting them drift and finish.
Feeling your body become so much freer and lighter.
You don't need to carry these burdens around with you.
It is safe to let go of your worries and fears.
You can free yourself from all negativity in your life and simply be free.
You can use some space here to continue to let go of any fears and thoughts and worries.
Placing them inside bubbles and letting them drift and pop and finish.
You can use some space here to continue to let go of any fears and thoughts and worries.
Now that you are feeling so much freer from letting go of all of your worries.
It's time to come back into your present life.
Come back into your body.
Giving your fingers and toes a little stretch and a wiggle.
Becoming aware of the sounds around you.
The temperature of the air that's touching your skin.
And as you open your eyes,
Know that you can return to that beautiful place at any time that you need to let go and release anything that's worrying you or burdening you.
