You you Take a moment to tune into your breath Notice your breath Exactly as it is right now Notice the quality of your breath Is it deep is it shallow? Is it warm or cool No judgment just notice be the observer of your breath Now bring your mind's eye to your heart See sense and feel your heart exactly as it is right now Feel your heart beating in your chest Pulsating Sending warm throughout your body You Pumping your blood Moving oxygen To all the places of your body where it is needed Now tune into your energy heart The space around your heart Imagine a glowing white light pure selfless Unconditional loving white light You From this face feel gratitude Gratitude for your heart For everything it does for you each and every day You begin to sense that loving white light all around your heart Moving up and around your shoulders In out and through your entire upper body head neck chest shoulders growing and glowing Moving down your body your arms and your fingers Down through your hips your pelvis Your thighs Your knees Your calves and shins Ankles Feet and toes You all parts of your body filled with this loving white light Your unconditional light Feeding all the cells of your body Every bone every muscle All soaking in pure loving white light Relax and bask in the warmth of this loving white light Allowing it to feed you and cleanse you Balance you inside and out You Notice if this loving white light seems to be resisted in any part of your body Notice if any part of your body does not easily accept this loving white light And if so, Breathe into that space Allow that part of your body to be noticed to be acknowledged And from the gratefulness of your heart send that part of your body permission Permission to accept the kindness the grace Unconditional love of your heart Soften Open Soak in This healing loving energy Now that your whole body is full of this loving white light Let everything relax Every part of you heavy into the floor Let the earth hold you You are safe You are secure You are loved Be here now Nowhere to go Nowhere to hide Nothing to fight Nothing to fear This state of bliss is your birthright Be with your birthright Be you Right here right now Soaking in the vibrations Resting in your loving white light Rest as long as you like Or begin to wiggle fingers and toes Slowly and gently bringing awareness back to the space that you're in Slowly waking Bringing with you the loving white light Bringing with you the calm and serenity Of this healing session Namaste
