My name is Hilary Lafon and I'm so grateful that you've joined me today for weekly affirmations.
Today's topic is abundance.
So wherever this exercise finds you,
Make yourself comfortable sitting upright in your chair,
Feeling your spine elongate,
Your feet flat on the floor,
Hands are relaxed at your side.
If it feels right for you today,
Close your eyes,
Take a moment to go inside.
Let's bring our awareness to our breath,
Noticing if this is the first time we've welcomed it today.
Let's take a few breaths together as we work to settle the body,
Relax the mind and open our heart so our affirmations can stick.
Exhale all your breath out.
Inhale deeply for the count of 4,
2,
3,
4 and exhale completely for the count of 5,
2,
3,
4,
5.
Two more times,
Inhaling deeply,
Feeling your chest rise and your stomach expand,
Allowing peace and calm to enter your body.
And as you exhale completely,
Letting something go,
Letting any sorrow,
Pain,
Fear,
Just let it go.
One more time together,
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose or the mouth.
As you start to breathe naturally,
Allow a wave of relaxation to wash over the back of the head,
Neck and shoulders.
Allow your face to soften,
Inviting the muscles around the eyes and the jaws to loosen,
Letting go of their grip.
Allow your stomach muscles to relax.
Your legs are heavy,
Letting gravity do the work,
Feel your body covered in a hug,
A natural weighted blanket to make you feel secure,
Grounded and safe.
Bring your awareness to your heart space and allow this area to be receptive.
The next 10 affirmations I will say twice and please just repeat them in your mind.
When you practice each day saying positive affirmations,
They can help you form new beliefs or thought patterns,
Helping you create an abundance mindset.
So repeat after me,

Come back to the breath,
Come back to your physical body,
Noticing if anything is tensed up or tightened and graciously allowed a softening to come over your body.
Allow your heart to feel full.
Allow abundance to come into your life.
Taking three deep breaths to end our time together,
Exhale all your breath out.
Exhale deeply for the count of five,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five and exhale completely letting your exhale be slightly longer for the count of six,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Two more times inhaling peace and love and joy and exhaling fear,
Stress.
Allow your body to soften one last time with this deep inhale and exhale completely letting it all go.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Allow your abundant world to unfold and I encourage you to be open for new opportunities.
