It's time for you to release your grip on all those things that don't matter in this moment Let everything simply fall away as you drift off with ease away from the thinking mind and land softly into the embrace of stillness Feel and absorb this beautiful stillness cocooned by the fabric against your skin Cherish the warmth and comfort this is providing You are safe,

You are fully supported by this space It really is time for you to let go now Staying connected to the breath and as the layers fall away start to remember who you are Becoming aware of the breathing body as you slowly begin to return Notice now how the mind is,

Notice the space,

The space that you've created The space now available for anything that you wish to invite in Something that will help you to move forward with effortless ease As you deepen the breath start to bring in some subtle movements Gently and mindfully breathing the body awake,

Breathing the body into movement While still staying connected to the stillness,

Having gratitude for yourself For allowing you this time,

Time for healing,

Time for creating space,
