Good morning and welcome to this brand new day.

If you have slept well,

Lucky you,

And if not,

It's okay,

We will activate your energy to help you to face the day ahead.

If you have space,

Move down in your bed now so that you can stretch out your body more easily.

Take a nice big deep breath in and as you do,

Gently point your toes and stretch your arms up over your head.

Breathe out and drop your arms back by your sides and flex your feet,

Bringing your toes towards you.

Let's do this together.

Breathe in,

Point your toes and stretch your arms over your head and breathe out.

Drop your arms and flex your feet.

Breathe in,

Point your toes and stretch your arms over your head.

Breathe out and drop your arms back beside your body and flex your feet.

We are chasing away the last traces of sleep and waking up the body's energy.

Now simply allow your body to soften and relax.

It's morning and even if there is no light,

We know that beyond the clouds,

The sun is always there.

Imagine it now in your mind's eye,

A beautiful golden yellow sun shining over you.

Feel its warmth,

Comforting and soothing.

See this beautiful golden yellow sun energy.

Feel it flow onto your body,

A perfect shower of sunshine seeping into every single cell,

Every muscle,

Every organ and every tissue in your body.

Feel it uplifting,

Healing,

Energising your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit.

You are bathed in the energy of the sun,

Every single atom of your being vibrating with this vital energy.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Gently bring your attention back to your body,

Feeling the surface beneath you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Open your eyes if you wish and have a gentle stretch.

You are ready to step into your day.

You can carry this beautiful,

Effervescent energy with you.

May your day be filled with joy and light.
