
Morning Meditation. Thankful, Happy And Ready To Achieve
Welcome to my morning meditation! This file is designed to instill positivity and productivity in those who maybe struggle on a morning and who want to feel happiness, a sense of achievement and focus on what they wish to achieve in the future. I hope you enjoy this file!

Hello and welcome to this morning meditation.
What I'd like you to do for me is simply stay in your nice,
Warm,
Comfortable bed.
With your arms by your side and your legs outstretched.
And just keep your eyes closed for me.
Keep your eyes closed down tight.
As you lie in your warm,
Comfortable bed.
We're just going to do a very brief set of breathing exercises.
So what I'd like you to do is breathe in for a count of four.
Hold for a count of four.
And then release very slowly through your mouth for a count of eight.
Let's try that now.
Breathing in.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Hold.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
And release.
Eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
And again.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Hold.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
And release.
Eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
And one final time.
Breathing in.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
And hold.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
And release.
Eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
And one.
Now what I'd like you to do is just continue breathing deeply.
No need to count.
Just continue taking long,
Deep,
Relaxing breaths.
And what I'd like you to do for me now is imagine that you're lying on a warm,
Fluffy cloud.
A warm,
Fluffy,
Safe cloud.
Picture that in your mind now.
And just feel yourself sinking into the cloud.
Maybe you notice the way the cloud underneath you supports your body.
As gravity just presses you gently into that cloud.
Feel that cloud wrap around you now.
Warm,
Safe,
Uncomfortable.
Wrapped in this warm,
Fluffy cloud.
And what I'd like you to do now is just feel yourself gently floating away.
Floating away up through the ceiling and out of your home.
Or wherever you may be.
And just feel yourself gently floating through the sky on a warm summer's day.
And that cloud now continues its slow,
Relaxing journey upwards.
Through the blue,
Warm summer sky.
And continues moving upwards.
And you feel so relaxed,
So safe,
So at peace.
So at peace in this place.
Wrapped in the warm,
Fluffy cloud.
And you continue your journey up now.
Wrapped in that warm,
Soft cloud.
You continue the journey upwards.
Now gently moving through the other clouds.
So safe,
So warm,
So comfortable.
Now as you move up,
You notice all the clouds down below you.
You're high above the clouds.
And you're continuing to move upwards.
So weightless,
So effortless.
Just gently moving up now.
Until you can see all the oceans below you.
The country is just slowly moving around.
And now drifting into the stars,
Becoming even more weightless.
So weightless.
Now looking down,
Earth is nothing but a small ball of glowing blue and green light.
And you continue moving away from it now.
And as you do,
Drifting deep into the stars.
Earth becomes smaller and smaller and smaller.
And now,
It's nothing but a tiny little speck of light.
And your cloud gently comes to a stop now.
It gently comes to a stop.
And you look back at that tiny speck of light,
Far off in the distance.
And as you look at that,
You realize everything you hold dear,
Is all on that very special,
Distant speck of light.
Everything you are thankful for,
Everything that has ever made you happy.
Anything you've ever achieved has happened on that small speck of light.
And now,
As you look at that small speck of light in the distance,
I want you to think of something you have to be thankful for right now.
Something you have to be thankful for in your life.
Just think of that now.
What you have to be thankful for in your life.
And just feel that gratitude moving through you now.
Notice how thankful you feel for whatever it may be that you're thankful for.
And now,
Continuing to float effortlessly on that cloud.
Just take in that small speck of light in the distance again.
I want you to think of something that's made you happy on that small speck of light in the distance.
Something that has filled you with joy.
Something you have to be happy about.
Just think of that now.
And allow that happiness to flow through you.
Allow it to just effortlessly flow through you now.
And just looking back now at that tiny ball of light in the distance,
I want you to think of something you've achieved.
Something you're proud of.
Just allow that to come to mind now as you look down at that tiny speck of light that's earthed in the distance.
What did you achieve that you're proud of?
It can be something big or something small.
Anything you've achieved that you're proud of.
Okay.
And now I really want you to focus on Earth.
Focus on that tiny speck of light.
And I want you to consider now what you can do today that will make you thankful tomorrow.
Allow that to come to mind now.
What can you do today that you'll be thankful for tomorrow?
Just allow that to come to mind now.
It can be something very small.
Maybe the first step towards something bigger.
And just see yourself doing whatever it is that will make you thankful tomorrow now.
Okay.
And now focusing back on Earth,
On that tiny speck of light.
I want you to think of something you can do today to ensure you'll be happier tomorrow.
What one thing can you do today that will make you happier tomorrow?
Allow whatever it is to come to mind.
It can be something very simple.
Something small.
But something that will make you happier tomorrow.
And just picture yourself doing that thing now.
And now I want you to go back to staring at that small speck of light in the distance.
And I want you to think as you stare down at that small speck of light,
That tiny speck of light that is your home.
I want you to consider what it's possible to achieve today.
What can you achieve today?
Just allow that to come to mind now.
What is it you can achieve today?
And see yourself achieving that now.
See yourself achieving that.
And now just take a moment to think of the things that you're thankful for once more that make you happy.
The things you've achieved.
And also think about now what you're going to be thankful for tomorrow.
What you're going to be happy about tomorrow.
And what you're going to have achieved tomorrow.
And now we gently flow back towards that tiny speck of light.
Gently down and down,
So weightless.
So thankful,
So happy and ready to achieve.
Coming down now.
Down,
Seeing the earth getting bigger and bigger.
And now back into the atmosphere.
Gently moving down through the clouds.
And suddenly you feel that hot sun on your face.
That hot sun and it absorbs through every fiber of your being.
It fills you with happiness.
It makes you feel thankful that you've been gifted another day to achieve whatever you want to achieve.
And be as happy as you can possibly be.
Feel that sun just absorb through your skin now.
Just absorb through your skin.
And that cloud now gently,
Gently places you now.
Back onto the bed.
Back onto the bed.
And with all those thoughts of being thankful,
Happy and what you're going to achieve today.
I want you slowly take an inwards breath.
One for thankfulness,
Doing that now.
And exhale.
And one for happiness.
And exhale.
And one more breath ready to achieve.
Filling yourself with energy ready to achieve.
And now feeling so ready to achieve.
I want you to imagine a warm ball of light just floating around your feet.
A warm ball of light.
It's full of happiness.
Full of the ability to achieve.
And full of thankfulness for all the things you have right now.
Just picture that warm ball of light now as you lie in your warm bed now.
Floating around your feet.
And now it enters through your toes.
And move slowly through your feet.
Up through your legs.
Filling you with a desire for happiness,
Achievement and thankfulness for everything you have.
And moving up through your knees.
Into your thighs.
And now into your stomach.
Feeling so happy,
So thankful and so ready to achieve.
Moving into your stomach.
Into your stomach and up into your chest.
Feeling your arms becoming lighter.
Your hands becoming lighter.
Every part of you now becomes lighter.
Now moving up into your chest.
Up through your shoulders and your neck into your head.
And slowly you become wide awake.
Wide awake,
Euphoric and happy and ready to achieve.
Euphoric,
Wide awake,
Happy,
Thankful and ready to achieve.
Wide awake now.
Eyes slowly opening.
Eyes slowly opening and ready to achieve.

Loved waking up to this. The vizualisation was easy to follow & blocked out other thoughts, which I normally find hard.
