Ikigai is often related to the Venn Diagram of Purpose, a tool for self-discovery that helps you explore your passion, mission, profession, and vocation. Though this is a popular concept used for self-development, it is only one representation of the deep meaning of the word. The Venn diagram of purpose portrays that to have Ikigai, you must be in a career that fulfills your legacy and passion. This is an enormous amount of pressure to carry, which can often lead to a sense of anxiety. For some, their job may be their Ikigai, their reason for being. But not for all. Tunteeya's mission is to support individuals in living a fulfilling life and support them to live with purpose every single day. A meaningful life is not free from pain or suffering; it is noticing that some forms of pain exist for us to feel, heal, and grow.
