Today I invite you to connect your adrenals to the present moment.
Connect them to your heart that lives in the now.
Offer your body the chance to calm and deeply relax.
To begin,
Find a comfortable position.
Place one hand over your heart and the other hand over your adrenal glands near the top of your rib cage.
Close your eyes and notice how your hands move in response to the flow of your breath.
Listen for your heart's rhythm.
It may just be a whisper at first.
How does your heart feel beneath your hand?
How about your adrenals?
What messages do they have for you?
As you embark on this gong voyage,
Be curious.
Explore the sensations and impressions coming from your body as your mind quiets and you rest in the present moment.
