Hello and welcome to Intuition Awakening.

My name is Janine.

Today we will be doing a guided meditation for bringing energy back to our day.

To start this meditation,

Let's find a comfortable,

Seated position on a chair,

Or perhaps the floor,

Or your couch.

Sitting with your legs crossed,

Or with your feet touching the floor,

Whatever is most comfortable for you,

Let's try to focus on keeping your spine erect,

Keeping it straight and tall,

And trying to bring some energy to our body to help us through the day.

As you're ready and settling into your seated position,

Let's gently bring awareness to our breath as we close our eyes.

Using our breath,

We will inhale deeply down to our abdomen,

Down to our belly,

And exhale a big sigh through the mouth.

Release any stress you've been holding in your body.

Let's do this three more times together.

Inhaling deeply down to the belly,

And exhaling through our mouth in a sigh.

Inhaling once again,

Focusing on filling your lungs with renewing energy,

And exhaling out the mouth any stress of your day.

And one more inhale,

And on this exhale make any sound,

Any ahhhh,

Anything that helps you release the tight,

Tense ball that we may have been carrying in our stomach all day.

You can allow your breathing to just find its own natural rhythm now.

Notice any areas in your body that you still feel are holding some tension.

Some very common places include our neck and our shoulders,

That is the energy center on our body where we hold the weight and burden and responsibility of emotions for others and for ourselves.

You may be feeling some indigestion or tightness in our abdomen area as well.

This is another place where we digest emotions.

You may be feeling some headache or tightness in the temple area.

This can be where we're not trusting our intuition and our gut feelings from our third eye chakra.

The body is your teacher,

So just try to bring awareness right now to whatever area your body is trying to get your attention in.

Gently notice these areas or area without judgment.

It's okay that these tensions are here,

It's our body's way of telling us what is happening,

Where in our lives we need to focus on release and calm.

Our body is our communication,

Our body is our teacher.

So now as we sit with these sensations,

We want to take in a deep inhale and an exhale with the intention of welcoming renewed energy and vitality to our body.

Just breathe in energy,

Breathe it into your body and welcome it.

On your exhales,

We can set the intention to release anything that no longer serves us.

Any stress or burdens,

Any worries from the day,

We can just let them go.

So let's focus now for a few minutes on breathing in renewed energy and vitality and breathing out all that no longer serves us.

Just gently say this to yourself as you breathe in and breathe out if your mind is wandering or you're finding it hard to focus right now.

Remember there is no wrong way to meditate,

You're doing great.

You're doing great.

We can relax our awareness around that intention and just let our body and our breath find a comfortable position.

And a comfortable rhythm again.

As we start to bring this meditation to a close,

I want you to invite in the energy of the universe.

The energy of the collective consciousness.

The energy of Mother Earth and the energy of spirit.

Let this higher power infuse you with even more energy.

So we'll take four inhales and exhales just allowing ourselves to be flooded with this renewed energy.

As we breathe in,

Invite spirit to fill your body with comfort and vitality and drive.

And as you exhale,

Try to really extend that exhale out and release everything that no longer serves you.

Inhale vitality.

Exhale anything you no longer need.

Inhaling this beautiful spirit energy from the universe and exhaling tension and stress and worry.

And our final breath inhaling deep,

Deep,

Deep and exhaling.

Try to really extend that exhale.

We're getting rid of everything that no longer serves our body,

No longer serves ourselves.

We allow in only the highest energy and highest consciousness,

Deepest love into our bodies.

This is what gives us energy and drive and passion and vitality and health.

Stress and worry and tension do not.

So we release them and replace them by asking the universe to fill us with beautiful energy,

Beautiful restorative energy.

In this place of high frequency and high vibration now,

I want you to ask the universe for one desire,

For one manifestation of anything you want.

Don't limit yourself here.

Really choose something that is meaningful to you,

That you have been struggling with perhaps or where these worries and tensions came from or something that you want even greater joy and happiness in.

Whatever desire you wish to ask the universe for,

Ask for it now.

The universe has heard your message,

They have heard your desires and are bringing you whatever is in your highest good.

We ask that this be done.

And so it shall be this or something better for the highest good of all,

The harm of none.

May your desire come true and be instantly manifested.

Even you thinking and bringing awareness to this desire has made it happen,

Has made it so.

So believe and feel the sensations as if it's already happened right now.

Picture and really feel these sensations in your body.

We thank the divine and spirit,

Whatever you choose to call your higher power for joining us today.

I thank you for joining me today.

And I'd love for you to give yourself gratitude.

Meditation is not always easy to find the time to do.

You have done amazing.

The divine and spirit and your body thank you for your efforts.

Take one more inhale filling up with this feeling of gratitude and acceptance and love for yourself.

And exhale as we start to gently move our fingers and toes and come back to our day.

Whenever you are ready take as much time as you need.

Open your eyes,

Stretch your arms above your head.

Take a deep breath in,

Stretch your legs.

And may you know that your day is now full of energy and vitality and you are refreshed and renewed.
