A mantra replaces 10,000 different thoughts with one thought – a thought that gives peace and awareness. It allows you to collect your scattered attention, which is spread thin all over the place, and unify it, thus empowering it. The mantra is like a password, a key, to a state of pure consciousness.

You are a cosmic flower.

Om chanting is the process of opening the psychic petals of that flower.

Amit Ray.

First get comfortable.

Close your eyes if you can.

Just allow peace to come into your body and into your mind.

Take a few deep breaths.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Relax your body from top to bottom.

Appreciate the breath you take right now in this moment.

Enjoy the journey the air is having to your lungs.

Welcoming the coolness of it while you breathe in.

And when you breathe out,

Notice how warm it gets.

Every breath is to remind you that you are alive.

You are well.

You are present.

Now take a long and deep breath.

Experiencing mindfully every move your body makes to complete that cycle of breathing.

And bring your present moment awareness into this space.

Bring the feelings of peace into your heart center.

Allow your attention to focus on the feelings of peace in your heart center.

Envision the universal healing white light coming into your heart center.

What does it feel like?

Now grow that light from your heart center.

Let it expand and grow in every direction.

You are in a place of pure love and peace.

What does it feel like?

Now repeat these affirmations after me out loud or inwardly.

I am in a place of pure love and grace.

I am safe and I am loved.

I am connected with my higher self in every level.

I am the light.

I am the love.

I am the truth.

I am.

Let us introduce our mantra.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

I will repeat it out loud for 108 times.

You are welcome to repeat it out loud with me.

But if not,

Then when I say the word begin,

Start repeating it out loud with me 10 times.

After repeating it 10 times out loud,

Continue repeating the mantra silently by only moving your lips.

After another 10 repetitions,

You will continue saying it internally without moving your lips in unison with me.

As thoughts arise,

Simply return to the chakra,

Knowing this is a natural part of the process.

Simply bring your attention back again and again,

Experiencing the internal sound as fully as possible.

Begin 10 times out loud.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Now 10 times inwardly while moving your lips.

It's time to let the mantra go.

Allow yourself to come back and feel the strength you have created within.

Feel this strength fully as you come back into your conscious mind and body.

And now let's say this prayer of gratitude together and complete our meditation.

Thank you,

My Higher Self,

For taking the time to do this meditation.

Thank you for giving me the strength and courage to see and feel myself in a different light.

I appreciate my body,

Mind,

And spirit.

I know that the universal power lives in all things.

It also lives within me.

Come back slowly to the present moment and when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

From my heart to yours,

With all my love and gratitude.

Namaste.

Namaste.
