Welcome to this moment of serenity.

Let's take a brief pause from the hustle and embrace calm.

Find a comfortable position.

Close your eyes gently.

And gift yourself this time to simply be.

Take a deep,

Soothing breath in.

Feeling the air fill your lungs.

And as you exhale,

Imagine letting go of all your worries.

And tensions.

Each breath in brings peace.

Each breath out releases anxiety.

Visualize a wave of relaxation starting at your head.

And gently flowing down your body.

Feel it soothing your neck.

Shoulders.

All the way down to your toes.

With every muscle it caresses.

It releases tension.

Leaving you deeply relaxed.

And at peace.

Now see your anxious thoughts as leaves floating on a stream.

Drifting away from you.

They are not you.

They are fleeting.

You are here.

In this moment.

Anchored in calm.

Let's affirm our inner strength with this thought.

I am calm.

I am grounded.

I am at peace with myself and the world around me.

Hold this affirmation in your heart.

Feeling its truth resonate within you.

And with each breath,

Draw in tranquility,

Letting it fill you up from within.

And while doing that,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present.
