I'm thankful for my home,

My warm bed and pillow.

I'm grateful for my friends and family.

I'm grateful for the beauty all around me.

I'm grateful for those who have supported me.

I am grateful for this very moment.

I'm grateful for my breath and for the beauty of nature.

I'm grateful for the moments that bring me joy.

I am grateful for this very moment.
