Wherever you are,

Close your eyes.

Now it's your time.

No one can take it from you.

Now you are here and nothing else exists.

There are no exams to go through.

No books to read.

No messages to answer.

No tasks to complete.

It's just you,

In present,

In now.

Do you remember how it felt to have a fresh breeze on your cheeks?

Do you remember the squeaky sound snow makes when you walk in the forest?

Do you remember the smell of mint tea?

Do you remember the harmony within you?

When and where did you feel it?

Let's go visit this memory together.

What do you imagine?

Who is around you?

What do you smell?

What do you touch?

What do you see?

Spend one minute observing it and remembering it.

One minute our harmony starts.

This harmony feeling can be felt again.

Right here,

Right now,

We will try to recreate it.

Choose a comfortable place in your current environment and put yourself in there mentally.

It can be your apartment,

Your friend's house,

A place somewhere in the park nearby,

Your cozy corner at work or study place.

Take the smell from the memory you just remembered and imagine you breathe it in deeply while standing or sitting in the place that you just chose.

Breathing it in deeply.

In and out.

In and out.

Imagine how it fills you in from the inside,

How the air passes through your nose and the smell intensifies,

Rising and falling with each of your breath.

Breathing in and out for one minute.

One minute.

Smell.

Smell.

Smell.

Come back again to your place of harmony,

To your memory.

Take something small that belongs there and pack it mentally in a bright fabric sack.

This item can be a book that was near you,

A piece of cloth that you wore,

A handful of soil from the ground you stand on.

Take the sack and imagine how you walk through space and time to the place you previously chose.

Sit there comfortably and take the side amount from your sack.

Hold it in your hands,

Scoop it,

Pet it,

Put it in front of you and look at it,

Look how light plays with its shapes.

Spend one minute with this charm of harmony.

One minute.

Charm.

Charm.

Charm.

Now we will focus on touch.

What was happening in your place of harmony?

Was there a wind?

Was it sunny?

Were you inside or outside?

Remember how you felt it on your skin?

Remember how your body felt?

Were you relaxed?

Were you moving?

Take the feeling on your skin,

Take the feeling within your body.

Keep only the parts that you want to carry with you to the now.

Imagine you feel it again.

Imagine your body feels the same in the place of your harmony in the present.

While you're holding your charm,

Breathing in the smell of the place,

Breathing out your growing harmony.

One minute.

Touch.

Touch.

Lastly,

Feel how the harmony slowly feels in your body,

From the toes to the top of your head.

You can imagine it being an invisible energy surrounding you,

Going through you,

Slowly rising up.

Remember to hold your charm.

Remember what you smell.

Remember the touch of your place of balance,

Of harmony.

You felt it before,

And you can feel it again.

You can find your way back to it,

Through the memories,

Through your imagination,

Through the power of your mind.

Let's dissolve in the harmony for the last one minute.

One minute.

Harmony.

One minute.

Wherever you are,

Open your eyes.

Thank you for spending these five minutes with me in cherishing your balance and harmony.
