Hello friends!
We are back with part three of the seven part series extracted from my book Your Body and Its Natural Eros.
My name is Jacqueline Urban Luna.
Thank you for tuning in.
If you don't already know me I am a somatic coach,
Embodiment facilitator,
And relationship mentor.
And today we are talking about the third intelligence center in your body,
The solar plexus,
Wisdom center of your natural Eros.
Your solar plexus I like to call,
I finally like to call your warrior willpower center.
And so there's a wisdom to this warrior willpower.
And I know that willpower can be a loaded word and the way I love to relate to willpower that I invite you into as well is the natural power,
Inertia,
Momentum that results when our will is aligned and coherent.
There's a current that moves through our being through the seven energy centers,
The seven wisdom centers through this Eros current,
Right?
This Eros aliveness current.
And this current moves through these seven energy centers and supplies us with wisdom,
Different flavors of wisdom,
Right?
And so in part one and part two,
Part one we talked about the root wisdom and how it relates to your desire,
Your truth,
And your belonging.
Part two we talked about your sacral wisdom and how it relates to creation and the rhythms of creation and pleasure.
And so here in part three we're talking about the flavor of this solar plexus,
The warrior willpower frequency which is the supports us in taking action on creating,
Co-creating what we would love to have in our finances,
What we would love to have in our love lives.
And so the invitation as we look at your willpower is to ask is it aligned?
Is my willpower aligned?
Is it coherent?
And we discover that by connecting to the truth,
Right?
Connected,
Cultivating our relationship to the root wisdom and what's true for us.
We do that by connecting to the sacral wisdom and what season am I being called into as I co-create and co-manifest what I would love in my finances in my love life.
And the opportunity here in the solar plexus is to refine this coherence,
This alignment in our energy in service of action and service of declaring this is what I'm creating and I'll do whatever it takes.
This is the conviction of I am the co-creator of my life and this is you know I'm tuned into my truth,
I'm tuned into my seasons,
Tuned into the other wisdoms of my body which we're gonna get into in the following parts and I am taking action and I'm willing to do whatever it takes in service to truth,
To my soul's truth and to what life wants to create through me.
And so there's something powerful that shifts when we stand in this place of declaration of conviction of coherent willpower when we choose what we're up to in our lives and that we're willing to do whatever it takes in the name of truth.
We start to see opportunities that we otherwise wouldn't have seen.
We become receptive,
We become our eyes become clearer,
Our ears become clearer to see and hear the possibilities to co-create with life in creating let's say it's a hundred thousand dollars this year or a million dollars whatever the truth is identified with our root wisdom whatever season we are in and taking the according action of that season.
So we talked about in part two spring is you know lifestyle daily devoted action small and steady right slow and steady wins the race here.
There's no race but you get the analogy.
The season or maybe were the actions of summer and big bold outrageous actions that require external transformation.
The actions of healing and digging deep and turning inward and alchemizing emotions of autumn that internal transformation the the action of complete surrender ego death and dissolution of winter of becoming nothing.
And so tuning into those seasons of part two sometimes we know what the truth is and we know what season we're in and then we stop.
We don't take the action we don't actually open to what life is calling us into in an embodied way.
We stay in the concept like we know what to do but we don't actually do it and that's a beautiful place to inquire like what is stopping me here.
And often this comes down to fear plain and simple.
A fear of failure and fear of success.
For example if we feel the truth and this thing of creating $100,
000 this year and we feel into the season and let's just say it's spring season and this devoted daily discipline of showing up to if you're an entrepreneur to create clients and have conversations so that you invite and create the clients that will support the generation of $100,
000 or it could be a mix of that plus you know the discipline and the devotion of tending to investments and having money work for you.
Those are just two options right?
Plenty of ways to allow money into our lives and you know in spring we're in these devoted daily taking these daily actions and so what might stop us from that is the fear of failure and the fear of success right?
So let's just look.
If you look for yourself and whatever however this manifests for you it shows up in your life what are you afraid of?
Like what's the worst case scenario?
You know the failure of you have you reach out and have conversations with clients and you receive no.
The fear of rejection you know a form of quote unquote failure.
The fear of maybe everyone's gonna find out I'm a fraud right?
That fear and we know you're you know if if you're connected to your purpose and you're serving from your purpose then you're you're not a fraud but those are the fears that come up and stop us from it stuns us and we stop taking action we stop having those conversations with the clients we're creating we stop I stop showing up to what we say we want afraid afraid we can't have it right?
Afraid we're just doomed to failure.
The other way we stop is because we're afraid of success like oh my gosh if I actually do create this client and they invest in me with $100,
000 or you know 10 clients at $10,
000 each whatever it looks like for you oh my gosh then best case scenario I'm going to need to move to a new home because the home I'm gonna move to will be a match for the lifestyle that I'm calling in in you know wherever it is maybe it's a different city and like that moving to a different city in a new home is like really what your your business and the clients that you're working with there's um there's like a frequency there's a an up level in your state of consciousness and where you've been living doesn't match that for example that's that's just one example right and so wow I could be asked to move into a beautiful new city in a beautiful new home and I know that sounds counterintuitive like what could be bad about that sounds great but we are afraid of having that much joy getting Katie Hedrick's famous authors talk about the our upper limits right and so there's this upper limit to having and how great we can let our life be and so we can be like oh I'm actually more comfortable staying here in this home which in this city which doesn't really it isn't really a match for who I'm becoming right and the abundance that I'm allowing myself to have so that's an example with finances when it comes to your love life we're afraid of failure there as well like what if I take those daily actions and I and let's just say I'm looking for what I love about my partner and I'm choosing intentionally to share with my partner what I love about them daily and to also share anything I'm withholding so I need like little pieces of like oh I had this expectation and I just wanted to be honest about it not projecting any blame but actually taking ownership for where we project our expectations on our partner and and how that can cause us to close and we can that could be like our daily devoted practice every day I'm gonna tell my partner you know three things I love about them that's genuine and three you know three things that I noticed that I I'm withholding which could be about the relationship or maybe just something else in my life that I want them to know you know I haven't told them that you know the comment they made the other day really really hurt and I and I closed my heart in that moment you know and I want you to know that I've been closing my heart since then like something that's an example of taking ownership for your experiences and or I had an expectation when you walked in the door the other day to give me a big kiss and then you got distracted and I didn't see anything and then that you know I've been noticing I've been closing my heart because that hurt you know and it's not about blame it's just sharing like this is the experience I'm having so you get the point so you could have that as a daily ritual three things I love about you three things I'm with I'm withholding I haven't shared with you that has me closed my heart and and we might not we might stop doing that we might stop engaging in that ritual because we're afraid well what if it backfires what if I tell my partner all these beautiful things that I see about them but then I don't get it back you know like in return what if they don't you know what if I feel like I just keep pouring into them but they don't pour back into me right and so that's gonna backfire or I tell my partner what I'm withholding and then they they don't receive it well and then you know that I'm gonna regret telling them in the first place I should have just kept withholding it and so there's more layers obviously to look at in both of those pieces actually but for the for simply what we're looking at and why we stop taking the action to have what we want is we're afraid of disappointment we're afraid of of our hearts being broken right but the truth is is that life is one big heart cracking open experience it's a it's a journey of opening our hearts and staying with the sensations of of the energy that we go through and we have different names for it which can feel like rejection or disappointment or resentment and all these things but those are those experiences are always pointing to invitations they're all invitations to where did I abandon myself where did I close my heart where did I not create boundaries for me for to honor myself where did I project blame on to someone else and not take responsibility like they're all opportunities so point being is like we're afraid to feel life that's why we stop in our relationships from from doing what we said we're gonna do to deepen the intimacy or connection we want or we're afraid of the success of it again something feels counter intuitive but oh my gosh what will I do if things are that amazing with my partner it's almost like we're addicted to having something to work towards or improve right so if we're just happy and you know I have this ritual and I tell them everything they I love and I share about my withholds and it just makes us feel closer and closer oh my gosh we're just gonna be so happy I don't know if I can stand it right and there's like a vulnerability to that joy and and that's also part of the life experience right like letting your heart crack open to vulnerability and that much intimacy and that much love streaming between you and your partner so this is where we stop this is where we stop and so this warrior willpower is noticing where are my fears of failure or my fears of success where where do I actually stop where do I actually know what to do and then I literally don't take the action I just think about it I just think about taking the action but I don't do it and so I want you to take inventory now and connect to that warrior willpower in you that declares this is how it's gonna go I am creating $100,
000 because it's already here it's true it's the it's a truth for me right now so I'm gonna let myself have it whatever it takes in service to truth of course and love and all those beautiful pieces that's what I mean when I say do whatever it takes I'm willing to face my fears same with up leveling in your love life I declare I'm having the most epic relationship this is gonna be the most epic year of our lives together and up level in our relating that's how it's gonna go and I'm willing to do whatever it takes and confront those fears and allow myself to be invited when I when I stop to to not make it bad or wrong it's not bad when you stop right but it's oops I'm noticing I'm incoherent here I'm my willpower is not aligned my will got thwarted by fear right and so it's an opportunity like yes this is great I got thwarted what an opportunity for me to meet it and open and when we open and say okay what's possible here who who do I get to be in response to this fear of failure of this fear of success what vulnerable thing is there to share what boundaries there to share what codependency or projection of power or blame is there for me to be responsible for and and and to really step into even more and more of my own power and that's how we realign and become coherent once more stepping back into our coherent stepping back into our power and this this warrior willpower wisdom of our solar plexus huh so I'd love to hear from you in the comments what do you see for yourself where are you afraid of failure with your finances and creating the money that you want where are you afraid of having it of the success of abundance where are you afraid of failure in your love life and stepping into an up level where are you afraid of success I'm actually letting yourself have that up level and I will circle back to the comments and I'm happy to read and support you as you look into this inquiry and remember these all of these seven parts of your natural Eros these seven wisdom centers they all speak to each other they're all a communication chain so part one informs part two or the root wisdom center informs the sacral wisdom center informing the solar plexus wisdom center and in you know as we move through the series which informs the heart center and the throat center and the third eye center and the crown center and they go in all directions right it's not just one linear direction from root to crown it can go crown to root as well and we can talk more about those currents of manifesting the currents that are ascending and descending as that's powerful to acknowledge as well maybe we'll circle back to that but this this inertia this momentum of your warrior willpower it's not force and it's not drive that comes from lack or there's something wrong here right anytime we notice a perspective like there's something wrong I need to fix it and anxiety and oh no and like that kind of yucky feeling then we know that we're out of alignment and there's there's a fear and we could we get to invite that fear to the table and get to know it and ask it what it's afraid of and again usually it's some kind of version of failure or success and and it's an invitation for deeper intimacy with ourselves and to reclaim our power so if you want to go deeper into cultivating relationship with your solar plexus wisdom with your warrior willpower and creating more coherent will feel free to jump to my bio there's a link you can follow and we can connect further from there thank you so much for tuning in to this part 3 and I'll see you next time
