Part 4/7 Love, Paradox & Emotional Alchemy

Hello and welcome back to part four of our seven part series extracted from my book,

Your Body and Its Natural Eros.

We began talking about the first wisdom center in our root chakra and its connection to desire and truth and belonging and how that informs the deepest desires that we carry for the money that we would love to create and receive for the fulfillment in our love life that we would like to create and receive.

Then we journeyed onto part two,

The womb or sacral wisdom center and we explored what season life is calling you into on your manifestation journey and whether we're resisting that season or not so that we may choose more ease and flow,

Surrender to the season that we are in to receive all of the riches and gifts of that season as we create the money and love life that we crave.

And our last audio,

Part three,

We explored our willpower and our coherence and our willingness,

The word willpower and willingness are associated,

Our willingness to do whatever it takes,

Meaning the willingness to fully open to love and to service,

To do whatever it takes to let ourselves have our deepest desires met and this challenges the fears that want to fly up and our conditioning and so yes,

Our willpower requires coherence,

Requires alignment,

Requires partnering with our fears,

Partnering with our fears to support us and actually allowing in the money and wealth,

Abundance,

The meaningful connection,

The passion and intimacy that is true for us,

Right?

And so today in part four,

We are exploring the wisdom of the heart center,

The heart chakra and if you're already familiar with the chakra system,

Then you know that the heart center is a bridge that connects the three lower chakras,

Not hierarchical,

Just based on where they're located on the body with the upper chakras,

Right?

From the throat going up to the crown and this bridge,

This heart chakra connects essentially,

You could think of it like your most human or materia based animal,

Primal based energies,

Right,

Like our root chakras,

Our survival,

Our deepest hunger and desires as humans,

Which is so beautiful.

It's how we,

You know,

It's really how we birth in this world.

We birth through that root chakra and the saccharine chakra connecting to our sensuality and our pleasure and the seasons,

Right?

Connecting to our nature,

Our cyclical nature as humans,

Connecting to our pleasure and what feels good in our bodies that supports us in aligning with our truth and the third chakra connecting to our willpower,

Our ability to take action and do whatever it takes.

This amazing capacity we have as human beings to create miracles through our coherence and our willpower,

Especially when it's aligned with our truth,

Right?

And there's a piece around leadership too,

Like that third chakra,

The solar plexus willpower chakra,

It's also the place where we impact the world with our leadership,

That we are willing to actually influence and impact others and know what each moment calls for.

If it's calling for a softer touch energetically or a laser sharp slicing of truth,

Whatever the leadership is calling for in each moment.

And so those are the three more,

Like I said,

Human or you could call it more primal or animal energies and wisdoms.

And then the heart connects us to the top three chakras,

The throat,

Third eye and crown,

Which are all more connected to our spirit self,

This limitless essence of who we are that came into this world and incarnated,

Right?

And chose this human journey,

Which is why those lower three chakras are so important because we chose this human journey.

So there's so much gold in those three lower chakras.

And then as well,

There's this beautiful luminous wisdom of the upper three chakras and there's a purity and a unity and an unconditional ness,

Limitlessness to those top three chakras,

Which we're going to get to in the upcoming audios to complete this series.

So to bring our attention back to this heart chakra,

It's this willingness to connect human and spirit.

It's this willingness to have one foot on the earth and one foot in the heavens.

It's the willingness to hold paradox.

There's the opportunity to explore the lower chakras,

Upper chakras in a way that they are connected through love,

Through intimacy,

Through curiosity.

So when it comes to creating the money that you love and creating the love life that you love,

Oftentimes we are met with paradox.

We're met with,

Well,

How do I create,

Let's just say from the very beginning of part one we talked about,

What if your truest deep desire was to create $100,

000?

And the paradox can feel like,

Well,

How do I create $100,

000 without perpetuating capitalism?

How do I create $100,

000 without feeling like there's not enough?

How do I sustain the experience of what I have is enough and there's a real satiation of that enoughness and I also want more?

Because there's a tendency when we have desires,

If we're not attentive,

That their scarcity and lack and the hunger of ghosts starts to be triggered.

It doesn't have to be that way.

We can actually connect and relate to creating our desires and receiving our desires.

I mentioned this in part one,

That when they're true,

When our desires are true,

They're already ours.

The $100,

000 is already yours to have if it's a true deep desire.

It's just a matter of letting it in,

Receiving it into your life and your bank account,

Which asks us to take actions and open our hearts and hold paradox in ways we haven't previously been willing.

Then there's two explore,

How can I create $100,

000 that doesn't perpetuate capitalism or toxic capitalism,

I could say.

How do I create $100,

000 in a way that honors my gifts,

That's not exploiting myself or another?

As far as your love life,

Same thing.

When we look at paradox,

How do I create the next level in this relationship without making the relationship that we have wrong?

I know in my relationship,

That's been something I've done in the past where asking for a deeper level of relating,

There was a judgment I had that the way we were relating wasn't enough.

It's the same thing with money.

How can the money that you have,

The connection you have be perfectly enough like there's nothing wrong or lacking and that you also would love to create more money,

Not for the sake of just more money,

But for the sake of that being connected to the abundance that is who you truly are,

That being connected to being honored for the gifts that you have to offer in your love life,

Honoring the truth of the deep connection that feels so nourishing.

Being nourished by the current connection that you already have in your relationship,

That it's enough.

Discovering the enough-ness.

Deciding there's enough.

It's a decision too.

Also choosing that this is enough and I want more.

I would love even deeper connection with this partner.

Really see into each other's souls or even deeper passion than I really want to feel.

I feel fire and my heart exploding.

We can have that.

This is what the heart center does.

It says there's nothing wrong right now.

It's saying holding your desires is so perfect and there's nothing missing.

There's nothing missing that is on here.

Also I would like this experience.

This truth is coming forward.

There's also a fierceness to the heart chakra because this fierceness is required when assuming we're already coming from enough-ness with our money and our love life,

That there isn't anything wrong so we're not approaching and having a conversation with our money or our partner or the person we're relating with that there's anything wrong or lacking.

We just explored that.

Once that feels fairly anchored and integrated in your being,

Which requires an opening of the heart and ability to hold paradox and the ability to be with the wisdom of your Lord chakras and your higher chakras and it's not a war.

It's a collaboration.

Once we're in that place,

Then there's a fierceness that comes forward and the heart says,

I will not accommodate anything less than the truth.

That statement is not a judgmental statement or a heart closing statement or anything's wrong here because it could sound like that and in fact it's been misused.

You misused and then you say in the name of love I will not tolerate such and such.

It's an energetic quality you have to feel for.

Is the come from in that statement because there's something wrong or missing or is the come from simply saying there is a truth here,

A deeper power that I hold in relationship to money and allowing wealth in and I'm ready to let myself have it.

It's a declaration and I'm not,

It's like it's saying I'm not willing to pretend that I'm any less powerful than I am,

That I'm any less abundant than I am.

I'm not willing to continue perpetuating stories about what I can or cannot have around money or finances.

There's a fierceness to it.

There's a sort of truth that cuts through and that really is in the name of love.

It's the come from place that we need to watch.

Same thing with our love life.

If we are committed to experiencing a deep level of connection,

Intimacy,

Passion,

First we come from there's nothing wrong,

This is enough and I'm ready to no longer tolerate anything less than the truth and the truth here is calling for an even deeper intimacy between you and I,

You know,

If you're talking to your partner.

I'm ready to really feel you on a deeper level.

I'm ready to create something together that we've never created before as a couple.

I'm ready to experience you in our intimate relating in the bedroom in a way that we've never experienced before.

I'm ready for that next level.

What we have is so perfect and enough.

I love it.

I love it.

I love it.

I love it.

And the truth is calling us forward into an even deeper relating.

Right?

And so there's and I won't tolerate anything less not because it's not enough.

So this is the tricky part to just notice saying I won't accommodate anything less than the truth or I won't tolerate anything less than the truth isn't saying that what has been or what is so isn't enough because it's not about enoughness.

It's irrelevant.

The enoughness is already intact.

There's nothing missing.

There's nothing wrong.

That's just judgment that just comes from the ego.

That comes from fear.

But from love that holds both.

This is what we have and what we've had and my finances and in my love life is perfect whole and complete and the truth is calling for more and I must stand for that and I won't tolerate anything less.

From an open heart.

So I'm curious what you notice as you bring this inquiry into your own heart.

When it comes to your finances,

The first question is where am I making my finances wrong?

Where am I saying the money in my account is not enough?

This is a separate conversation from actual like,

You know,

Do you have enough money to cover basic needs food,

Shelter clothing?

That's not what I'm speaking to here.

So assuming that you already have the basic needs are met and I'm moving,

You know,

We're blessed to move beyond that conversation.

Where do you say that I don't have enough money?

Where do you make it wrong?

Where do you demonize money or yourself with money,

Like I'm bad with money or money doesn't want to stick around.

Where do we like if you look at your relationship with money,

Do you like if you considered it a friend,

How well do you treat this friend called money?

How much respect,

How much care,

How much reverence do you have for this?

And not in looking with eyes wide open without,

You know,

Blame or shame.

And if blame or shame comes up,

We can work with that too.

The heart also calls us into emotional alchemy.

So as we look in these inquiries,

Emotion comes up,

Emotion is energy in motion.

It's energy that wants to be moved.

It's energy that says,

Ouch.

I have some wounding around money and worthiness and how much I'm worth having and how much I have to earn it and prove my worth,

All of these conversations.

And there can be some real tenderness and wounding around that,

Especially from childhood.

And so as we,

When it really comes down to it,

The work of the heart chakra is emotional alchemy.

It's being with the emotions that crack your heart open,

Facing and partnering with those voices that feel unworthy,

Isolated,

Abandoned,

Not enough,

Loving on them,

Listening to them.

So that through that love and listening,

Those parts of self that are wounded and hurting experience healing,

Experience love,

Experience care,

Which is what they've been seeking for who knows how long.

And once they receive that,

Then they're no longer clamoring or shrieking or trying to put the kibosh on the money and the abundance that you allow in your life because allowing money and abundance and no longer threatens them.

Right?

Allowing more goodness,

More wealth,

More abundance will threaten the parts of ourselves that have not been healed,

That have not been given love,

That have been wounded and need attention.

And so when we can alchemize those emotions of those parts,

Then those parts are no longer threatened and we get to allow the abundance and the wealth through our actions and our behaviors and how we relate to money going forward.

And the same thing with our love life.

Where do we have concerns about being abandoned or being left or not being enough for a partner or what if I ask my partner for what I want and they leave me,

You know,

All of these concerns that we have that really point back to old wounds of childhood.

What is there to alchemize,

To feel?

And we're talking about alchemy and talking about feeling it all the way through to the bottom,

Feeling the grief,

Feeling the fear,

Feeling the anger,

Feeling the sadness.

Whatever there is to feel,

We alchemize it,

We spend time with it,

Unrushed.

Because those parts of you deserve that loving attention and care and then the beauty is that when they're no longer threatened,

The love and the connection and the passionate and the relating that we've been afraid to let ourselves have.

Because parts of ourselves have felt threatened,

Right?

Like if I let that much love or connection in,

If I let that much passion in,

I might be in danger,

I might end up,

It might cost me,

I might be punished for it,

I might lose it,

All these things,

Right?

So once we can alchemize those parts of ourselves,

No longer feel threatened to that level of,

To receive connection and passion we see that we want.

So I'd love to hear in the comments,

What are you seeing for yourself?

Where have parts of yourself felt threatened by more abundance,

By actually receiving the $100,

000 or whatever your monetary truth goal is?

Where have parts of you felt threatened by allowing the next level of intimacy,

Connection or passion in?

What are they so afraid of is going to happen if you actually get what you want?

Right?

So we looked a little at these fears in part three because this has to do with coherence in your will,

The ability to take action and do whatever it takes to have what you want and the heart really supports the third chakra in taking action,

In forward movement,

In actually manifesting and receiving what you want because the heart is the ultimate alchemizer.

Its superpower is its willingness to feel and heal.

So there's a stream of delicious love that moves from the heart chakra down into our lower wisdom centers to support their efforts and their wisdom,

To support the action,

The manifesting current,

The willpower of the third chakra,

To support the seasons of the second sacral chakra.

Each season will call us into a certain emotional alchemy,

For a certain something to feel,

Something to heal.

And the heart chakra also pours into the root chakra,

Connecting us to our truth and our belonging,

Knowing that our desire is good,

That our truth,

Not only is it good but it's needed,

That our truth,

Our deepest desires are actually a gift to the world.

Our deepest desires are actually medicine.

So I'd love to hear what's coming through for you around the heart center,

The wisdom of the heart center and how it holds opposites,

How it stands in enoughness and declares,

And I want more,

I'm ready to have more,

I won't tolerate any less than the truth from enoughness,

Right?

And the willingness of the heart to feel whatever there is to feel.

So that who you are and your desires and what you create in the world gets to be medicine because it is.
