Let's begin bring your attention to your breath breathe in deeply and as you exhale imagine all the tension and stress melting away feel the surface beneath you supporting you completely visualize roots growing from your body into the earth,
Grounding you with every breath feel more present calm and connected to yourself and your baby grounded,
I am safe now shift your focus to your belly and where your baby is growing take a deep breath in imagining a soft golden light surrounding both you and baby this light represents love,
Protection and the bond you share as you breathe in imagine this light filling your body and wrapping gently around your baby keeping them safe and nurtured with each exhale feel this connection grow stronger moment to silently speak to your baby sharing words of love and reassurance you might say you are loved,
