Good morning and welcome.

This meditation is designed to help you start your day with a positive mindset and high vibration energy in just a few minutes.

Sit comfortably and close your eyes,

Resting your hands gently in your lap or on your knees and take a deep,

Slow breath in through your nose,

Hold for a moment and exhale fully through your mouth.

Let's begin by letting go of any tension or lingering sleepiness.

This is your moment to center yourself for the day ahead.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the support of the surface beneath you,

Starting at the top of your head.

Release any tension in your forehead,

Jaw,

Neck.

Let your shoulders soften,

Your chest open.

Relaxing your arms,

Your hands,

Feeling their weight rest gently.

Breathe into your belly,

Noticing its gentle rise and fall.

Soften your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet and allow them to feel grounded and steady.

Imagine roots extending from your feet,

Connecting you to the earth and providing you with stability and strength.

Picture a golden light rising on the horizon.

This light represents the energy of the new day,

Filled with opportunities and possibilities.

With every inhale,

Imagine this light entering your body,

Filling you with warmth and vitality.

Feel it spreading from your head to your toes,

Energizing every part of your being.

This light is your source of high vibration energy,

Awakening your inner power and aligning you with positivity.

Repeat these affirmations silently or aloud.

I am grateful for this new day.

I carry confidence,

Joy and positivity with me.

I attract opportunities that align with my highest good.

My mind is clear,

My heart is open and my energy is vibrant.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your body now,

Wiggling your fingers,

Your toes and gently waking up your body.

Take a long final deep breath in through your nose,

Filling yourself with energy and exhale fully,
