And let's begin this session by allowing your eyes to comfortably close.
And come down into your breath.
Into your body.
Taking long,
Deep inhales.
And slow,
Gentle exhales.
Flooding the body with a rich supply of oxygen.
Replenishing.
Nourishing you.
Feel the energy move around the body.
With every inhale.
On the exhale.
Visualise tension,
Stress,
Worries.
Visualise them leaving the body.
Anything you don't need to hold onto.
Allow yourself to gently release.
And we'll stay with this breath for the count of five.
And in your own time.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Nourishing.
Releasing.
And feel yourself.
Sinking deeper.
And deeper.
Into the space below you.
With every breath.
Feel the points of contact.
The way the body is cradled and supported.
Just surrendering into the space.
And bring your attention to the soles of your feet.
Allow all the muscles to fully relax.
It might feel like stepping into a warm bath.
You might feel a tinkling sensation.
Or simply a feeling of calm that washes over you.
But allow that sensation to spread across the top of your feet.
And flow into your ankles.
Feel it rise into the lower legs and the knees.
Into the thigh muscles and hamstrings.
Feel it flow into your hips.
And the belly.
Feel it rise all the way up your spine.
Every single muscle.
Releasing tension.
Let your shoulder blades melt down your back.
Feel your chest expand.
As the sensation melts all your arm muscles.
All the way into your hands.
And each finger.
One by one.
Your body is heavy and warm.
And it flows up your neck.
Into your face.
Across your mouth.
Your cheeks.
Your eyes and your forehead.
Spreads all the way across to your ears.
Up to the very very top of your head.
Feel your entire body.
Completely relaxed.
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Becoming aware of the breath.
The sound.
The sensation.
The temperature.
Just finding a comfortable.
Steady rhythm with your breathing.
And on your next inhale.
Feel the base of your spine open.
Watch as a powerful red light fills this space.
It makes you feel secure and supported.
It strengthens your connection.
To the earth.
And on the next inhale.
Feel the lower belly open and expand.
Watch as it becomes immersed in a deep orange light.
It fills you up with confidence.
It brings you into emotional balance.
It glows brighter and brighter.
With every breath.
And the space just above your navel.
Watch as that opens too.
And sunshine yellow floods this space.
So warm.
So powerful.
You feel happy.
Motivated.
Feel every single cell in your body tingle.
With this vitality.
This radiance.
Just like your bathing in sunshine.
And your heart space that opens.
The center of your chest.
Fills with emerald green.
Feel the way you are washed.
With a feeling of self-acceptance.
And self-love.
Every inhale.
That emerald green grows and expands.
Wrapping you up in its love.
Healing any old wounds.
And on your next inhale.
The center of your throat opens.
Washed.
With sky blue.
The vibrancy of the light.
Gets clearer and clearer.
You can speak confidently.
And freely.
There's nothing that holds you back.
From speaking your truth.
You feel confident in who you are.
As your body is soaked in sky blue.
And on the next inhale.
Bring all of your awareness.
To the space between your eyebrows.
The third eye.
An indigo-like.
Beams.
It washes your mind.
With wisdom.
Strengthening your inner knowledge.
And intuition.
Your mind is clear.
Your thoughts are organized.
You can focus on your goals.
Knowing you can achieve anything that you want to.
And on the next inhale.
Watch as the top of your head.
Opens and expands.
With a violet light.
Acres.
Visualize the energy of each colour.
Being soaked in to the body.
Releasing any areas of tension.
Removing any blockages.
Helping you.
To step into your confidence.
Allow yourself to feel empowered by these colours.
And bring the focus back to the breath.
Taking long inhales.
All the way down to the belly.
Filling the lungs.
And slowly,
Gently exhaling.
Letting go completely.
And stay here for as long as you need to.
But when you feel ready.
Begin to wiggle the fingers.
And the toes.
Moving your head from side to side.
Becoming aware of the room.
Gently opening your eyes.
Giving yourself thanks.
