Welcome to this Reiki meditation.
The theme for this meditation is re-centering.
We're going to be using Reiki energy with breath work and positive affirmations to calm the body,
Quiet the mind and bring our self-love back into focus.
All you need for this is yourself,
Somewhere quiet and comfortable,
Where you can unwind.
Letting the body fall into a state of surrender.
Allowing yourself to be soft.
There's nothing to do,
There's nowhere to be but here.
So let go.
This is your space.
A space where you can take off that pressure and just be.
From head to toe,
Begin to scan.
Is there any areas of tightness?
If so,
Use the exhale to let the body soften.
Feel yourself letting go,
Melting down into the surface beneath you.
Bring awareness to every limb,
Every muscle,
Every cell.
Every part of you that makes you incredible and whole just as you are.
Begin sending love to every single part of yourself.
On the inhale,
Feel yourself pulling in strength,
Self-love and confidence.
Feel it trickling and spreading out all across the body.
On the exhale,
Letting go of anything that arises,
Any baggage,
Any discomfort that you don't want to carry anymore.
And bring in all of the awareness to the soles of your feet.
Feel an energy enter and begin to spread out across the top of your feet now into your ankles.
And it rises slowly,
Moving into the knees and the thighs,
Flowing gently and softly into the pelvis and the hips,
Melting away any tension.
And this wave of relaxation moves into the tummy,
All the way up the spine,
Moves into the shoulder blades,
Dissolving any knots in the back of your neck.
And it flows down through the arms and into the hands,
Each finger one by one.
And feel it moving into the face,
Wrapping all around the back of the head,
Moving across the jaw and the cheeks,
Softening in your eyes and your forehead.
Just letting that energy flow,
Radiating to and from you,
Giving you the space to heal from the inside out.
And now bring all of your awareness into the heart.
What's going on in your heart space today?
Feel the energy that you're carrying there.
Can you identify how your heart feels?
And just making sure that your shoulder blades are back,
Your chest is open,
Feeling the heart space shining bright,
Beginning to see a beam of white light glowing in the center of your chest.
With every inhale now,
That glow deepens and intensifies.
And it pours light all the way across your chest and your upper back.
It beams out of you in every direction,
Filling up your aura,
Lighting up the room that you're in,
The love for yourself,
The acceptance for all that you are and all that you're becoming.
So feel that glow deepen even more.
Take longer inhales,
Feeling the way they cradle in the heart space,
Wrapping around you this beautiful white glow.
And with the heart space open,
With love flowing to and from you in abundance,
Repeat after me.
I am loved.
I give and receive love freely.
My heart is open.
I am strong.
I forgive myself for the things I cannot change.
I accept myself unconditionally.
I acknowledge my own self worth.
Just let in those words and those feelings resonate.
Feeling gratitude for all of the love that you have in your life.
Taking a moment here to bring forward your intention.
Feel the body be filled up with whatever it is that you need.
Breathe in on the inhale.
Pull it into the body.
Pull all of that energy from every direction.
And then whenever you're ready,
In your own time and at your own pace,
Slowly come back into consciousness.
I'm becoming aware of any sounds around you,
The temperature in your space,
The touch points between yourself and the surface beneath you,
Deepening the breath,
Moving your head from side to side.
Coming back into the present moment.
Seeking the love and the healing with you.
