The Abundance Activator.

And welcome to our love series meditations.

This first meditation is loving kindness.

So please be seated comfortably either sitting on the floor or lying down or sitting in a chair or if it's comfortable for you.

And just noticing your physical body,

Noticing if there's any tension,

Just doing a scan from your head to your toes and your toes back to your head.

Just noticing.

Are you relaxed?

Relaxing your whole body.

Relaxing your whole body.

That's it.

And just taking a beautiful deep breath in and breath out.

Another lovely deep breath in and breath out.

Just bringing your awareness to your beautiful heart and just feel your heart and just notice your heart and allow your heart to open to these words.

Feel the energy at your heart.

What do you notice?

Is it a tingling sensation,

Vibration?

Perhaps you're noticing the colour.

Allow that feeling,

That sensation to expand.

And as you do,

Just noticing your heart beating.

And as you do,

Just pulsing the beautiful energy from your heart.

This energy,

This energy,

Love,

This energy of love.

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing,

Pulsing.

Through your whole body,

Energy moving through your whole body.

This beautiful frequency of love.

This beautiful frequency of love moving through your body.

Now we want you to bring your awareness to someone that you love very much,

Someone very special to you.

Bring them into your awareness and just feel that connection of love from your heart to theirs.

And just feeling the love connection and making this statement for them.

May you be happy.

May you be free from suffering.

May you live with peace.

May you be happy.

May you be free from suffering.

Now bringing your awareness to someone that might be an acquaintance or someone in your field.

Bringing that person into your awareness.

May you live with peace.

Just feel that energy going towards that person.

Now bring someone into your awareness that you might be challenged by.

And perhaps that might push your buttons.
