Giving yourself some moments to get comfortable in your meditation space and as you feel ready just taking some deep breaths to ground yourself in to whatever position that you are allowing yourself to get comfortable in,
Allowing yourself to be fully nourished with every inhale and completely relaxed with every exhale.
Every bit of tension in the body is just totally releasing and then begin to draw attention to the way that your body is connecting to the earth underneath you,
Noticing what parts of your body are touching the earth or touching the chair or bed or whatever it is that is underneath you and feeling that divine support from Gaia,
From Mother Earth just underneath you,
Holding you up so generously,
So willingly,
So lovingly,
So lovingly,
Feeling that really yummy sense of support from this part of the earth while at the same time noticing just how much the earth is offering you,
Is giving to you so she's both supporting you and also allowing you to receive her and giving yourself some moments here to just receive the energy from the earth underneath you.
The simultaneous support and receiving all at the same time because when we allow ourselves to both be supported and to receive we create this really strong relationship with the earth where we know that we can rely on her,
We know that we can rely on her energy,
On her love,
We know that we can rely on the way that she supports us,
The way that she holds us and so really the intention here is to just connect to the earth and realize that she is giving us everything that we could possibly need and every few breaths that you take allow yourself to ground even deeper,
Even stronger into the earth underneath you,
Allowing yourself to feel that sense of connection with Gaia and really connecting to her,
Feeling that connection from the center of your body to the center of the earth body.
So you can even imagine an energy field connecting you to her through the center of your body all the way through your body,
Through the earth,
All the way to the center of the earth,
To that very center core of the earth and there is like an energy field that is connecting the center of your body all the way to the center of her body.
You may visualize it or see it like a cord or like a portal and just feeling that sense of connection and notice how much that you are fed by the earth in this way.
Notice how much you are able to receive energy from this center through the portal,
Through the cord and breathing in the energy of Gaia,
Allowing her to support you so fully,
So divinely,
So willingly and then noticing from this space exactly what needs support here,
Exactly what needs to be nourished.
What is it,
If anything,
Inside of you that needs support right now?
And this is an opportunity to ask Gaia for any type of support,
Any type of nourishment,
Maybe there is something to do with your creative expression that you would like to have nourished a little bit more or maybe there's something to do with the way that you are showing up in this world and you just want a little bit more support to show up in a way that feels really true and authentic for you and allowing yourself to just fully receive the nourishment from her,
Receive whatever it is that you are needing,
Whatever it is that you're requesting support for.
Maybe there is a part of your inner child that needs some support here,
That needs some extra love here and just allowing yourself to receive that from Gaia,
Receive whatever it is that you could possibly need right now so willingly,
So lovingly,
So beautifully.
Feeling that support,
That divine support and then at the same time connecting to that beautiful sun energy above,
Allowing yourself to receive the sun energy from the crown of your head or maybe you even want to open up your palms and you can imagine the sun energy reaching all the way from all areas of the sky into the center of your palms,
Receiving that energy in its fullness.
So you're simultaneously receiving from Gaia in the same way that you're receiving from father-son and noticing what type of support you would like to request from the sun.
How can the sun nourish you right now?
How can the sun give you the help or the aid that you may need right now?
Maybe there's something that you would like to ask father-son or mama Gaia for when it comes to your creative expression.
Father-son,
Mama Gaia,
Can you please support me in creating more meaningful work?
Can you please support me can you please support me in cultivating more meaningful friendships?
Can you please support me in creating a greater sense of love for myself?
Can you please support me in expressing greater divine love for myself?
Really just tuning in for some moments here to what it is that you may want to request some support with from mama Gaia,
From father-son.
Just allowing the awareness of your needs to be brought in and then allowing your needs to be met,
Allowing the requests to be made and the needs to be met and trusting that mother earth and father-son are giving you everything that you could possibly need right now.
If there's anything that you need,
This is an amazing opportunity to ask for it as these two forces of nature come together and serve you with exactly what you need that will help you to bring out your best self into the world.
Trusting that you are receiving exactly what you need as you need to receive it.
Even if you don't necessarily feel like you're receiving what you're needing right now,
Trusting that you are because you are.
You are receiving exactly what you need right now from father-son,
From mama Gaia.
It is downloading into your energy field and taking as long as you may need to just be here,
To just receive,
Receive,
Receive,
Receive.
Knowing that as you receive you're utilizing this energy in ways that will best serve you and the collective.
Taking as much time as you need here and as you do feel ready just bringing your awareness back into your breath,
Back into your body,
Bringing your awareness back into the space and as you feel ready slowly opening your eyes with a new sense of understanding that you are divinely supported to bring yourself forward in the most embodied and conscious and connected way possible.
