Hello and welcome to this cosmic light activation.
Remove fear and anchor in faith.
Fear is not your truth.
It's an illusion,
A mental program that limits your potential,
Keeping you from embodying the divine light of who you are.
Faith is your true birthright.
In this meditation,
We will bring fear to the surface,
Acknowledge it,
And transmute it into divine truth,
Unconditional love,
And unshakable faith.
We will call upon higher guidance and work with our inner power to remove this fear matrix from your energy field.
Commit to this practice daily until faith becomes your natural state of being and fear no longer has a hold on you.
Now let us begin.
Assume your meditation position.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and let it go.
Breathing rhythmically,
Notice your inhales and exhales,
Relaxing the shoulders down,
Relaxing the whole body.
Take an inhale to draw in divine support and love.
As you exhale,
Send away any tension,
Doubt,
Fear.
Feel the weight of your body grounding into the earth,
Supported and held,
Earth absorbing any lower vibrations that do not serve your highest potential,
Leaving you feeling lighter,
Freer,
Yet deeply connected.
You are safe here.
Surround yourself in light,
The light that is deep within you.
Find it within you and begin to surround yourself in this bubble of protection,
Of beautiful light extending in all directions,
All around you.
Now let's begin to bring awareness to our fears,
Bringing them to the surface,
The first step to transmuting fear is becoming aware and acknowledging that we have fear.
So take a moment to be completely honest with yourself.
What fear has been weighing on you?
Observe without judgment,
Whether it's fear of failure,
Rejection,
Uncertainty,
Or the darkness of the unknown.
Allow it to rise to your awareness.
Just observe.
And maybe you begin to see the fear as a shape,
A color,
A vibration,
A feeling,
Or a weight somewhere in the body.
Do not resist it,
Just notice it.
Name it in your mind.
Awareness is the first step to freedom.
So let's accept it.
Let's meet our fear with compassion,
Because you are not your fear,
You are the observer of it.
We can accept this fear is present,
But also recognize that it is not your identity.
We don't need to fight this feeling.
Instead,
We acknowledge it with love and knowing that you have the power to transmute it.
Fear has served you as a teacher,
But now it is time to remove this way of being.
So we'll transmute this fear into light by using our inner power and calling in higher assistance.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Start to visualize a golden beam of light descending from above,
Filling your entire body,
Every cell being illuminated with this beautiful golden light.
Take a moment to call in higher assistance from your cosmic team,
Your angels,
Your guides,
Your ancestors,
Ascended masters,
Your higher self,
To assist in lifting this fear from you.
We let it go.
We give these fears to the divine.
See the fear as maybe a dark mist or a weight leaving your body,
Dissolving into this radiant light.
Watch as it is transmuted into pure light,
Pure love.
With each breath in,
You are replacing this fear with unshakable faith and truth in love and divine protection.
Feel this in your heart,
Expanding and radiating this light.
And in this space where fear once lived,
We anchor in faith,
Our truth,
And affirm to yourself,
I now choose faith over fear.
I trust in the divine path unfolding before me.
I am held,
Guided,
And protected by the highest light.
I am free.
I am whole.
I am light.
Take a deep breath in to seal these affirmations in.
And exhale and let it go.
There is nothing to fear,
As all we have is this moment right now.
And you can be assured that the future is a beautiful one.
The divine path awaiting you is brilliant.
It is filled with love and success.
So trust in your path and surrender to the exciting unknown.
And let this energy of faith move through every thought wave.
And carry this light with you along your path every step of the way.
And walk with faith.
Speak with faith.
Live with faith.
And breathe in faith.
Breathe out any lingering fear.
This light is now a part of you.
And take a moment to thank your inner self and your higher power in assisting you with this clearing and restoration of peace.
And return to this practice of fear removal daily until fear no longer has a place in your reality.
You are free.
You are powerful.
And you are held in divine love.
You can extend your grounding cord deep into earth.
Feel this cord illuminated with divine love.
Feel this extension of energy flow through every channel of your body.
And you can bring your hands into heart center,
Collecting your light.
Bowing to your light and thanking yourself for showing up each and every day.
And when you are ready,
You can begin to open your eyes.
