Good evening and welcome.
My name is Jeremy.
This is your time to unwind,
To let go of the day,
And prepare your body and mind for deep peaceful rest.
And so I invite you to come and find a comfortable position for your body,
Either lying on your back or on your side,
Whatever feels natural for you.
Allow your head to rest easily on your pillow,
And let your arms fall loosely by your side.
If it feels right,
Gently closing your eyes or lowering the gaze,
And take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And a soft breath out through your mouth.
Feel the weight of your body being fully supported by the bed beneath you.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Your jaw to soften,
And your belly to relax.
There's nothing left to be done,
Just this quiet moment,
This gentle breath,
And this space for rest.
And I invite you to imagine yourself standing at the edge of a quiet forest.
The last golden light of sunset filters through the trees,
Painting the path ahead in soft amber tones.
The air is cool,
Fresh,
And calm,
And you begin to walk slowly,
Hearing the faint rustle of leaves beneath your feet.
Each step releases more of the day,
And as you continue on this path,
You notice a gentle stream beside you,
Its sound is soothing,
A rhythmic whisper guiding you forward,
And you follow the stream until it opens out into a small clearing with soft grass and a view of the stars just beginning to appear.
You sit down,
Feeling the earth beneath you,
Steady,
Grounding,
And a light above turns a deep,
Tranquil blue,
And you feel a quiet peace settle over you,
As if nature itself is saying,
It's time to rest.
You lie back on the soft ground,
And gaze up at the stars.
One by one,
They shimmer brightly,
Silent,
Comforting lights in the vast night sky.
The gentle sounds of the forest surround you,
A lullaby from the world itself.
Your body grows heavy,
Your mind quiet,
Allow yourself to drift,
Carried by this stillness,
Path,
The forest,
The stars,
All fade gently as you slip into a deep and peaceful sleep.
