In this meditation, students can expect to begin by settling into a comfortable position, focusing on their breath to bring themselves into the present moment. They will be guided to observe their thoughts and emotions without judgment, acknowledging whatever arises without trying to change or control it. Through the practice, students learn to embrace themselves fully, cultivating a sense of compassion and understanding toward both their strengths and challenges. Hi,

I'm Jeremy,

And welcome to this meditation.

So begin by finding a comfortable position for your body.

And this can be either seated or lying down.

Allow your body to settle,

And gently closing your eyes.

And from here,

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And slowly exhale out your mouth.

And again,

Deep,

Deep breath in.

And a slow,

Smooth exhale.

Feeling your body soften as you release any tension that may be present.

And continue to breathe in this purposeful way.

Allowing each breath to ground you deeper into this moment.

Remembering when thoughts arise.

To just observe them without judgement.

Almost like clouds in the sky.

Allow them to arise.

Watch them as they float by.

And allowing the breath just to return to its natural rhythm.

And as you settle into this moment,

Gently allow your awareness to turn inward.

And I invite you to bring to mind something in your life that you may be struggling to accept.

It could be a situation,

A challenge,

An emotion,

Or even an aspect of yourself.

Whatever arises for you,

Simply acknowledge it without judgement.

And now,

Silently say to yourself,

I see you.

I acknowledge you.

I allow you to be here.

Acceptance does not mean resignation.

It is a deep honouring of reality,

As it is in this moment.

With each breath,

Invite a sense of openness.

Making space for whatever is present.

If emotions arise,

Allow them to flow.

If thoughts appear,

Let them come and go like waves on the shore.

You are not your thoughts.

You are not your emotions.

You are the awareness that holds them.

And the presence that observes them with kindness and love.

And repeating these words,

Either silently or just softly to yourself.

I accept myself as I am in this moment.

I accept life as it unfolds before me.

I choose to meet this moment with love.

Feel the resonance of these words in your body.

Allowing them to settle deep within you.

There is nothing you need to do.

Just breathe and be.

And when you feel ready,

Very slowly begin to invite some movement back into the body.

Maybe a little wiggle of fingers and toes.

Just moving nice and naturally as you reconnect with your body.

And then very slowly,

Invite you to flutter open your eyes.

And allow the light back in.

And take a moment to sit in this stillness.

Carrying this sense of acceptance with you as you move through your day.

Knowing that you can return to this place of presence and peace whenever you need.

You are whole.

You are enough.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Thank you for joining me.

Have a beautiful day.
