Good morning.
Let's take a deep breath in and out,
Bringing the attention to the breath,
Allowing ourselves to breathe in the possibility of a day full of joy,
Clarity,
And movement towards whatever goal we have in mind,
And to breathe out anything that gets in our way,
Anything that feels like it blocks us,
Any old emotions,
Old ideas,
Or grievances.
Just breathing in and out,
Allowing that breath to drop into the belly.
As it comes in,
The breath in,
The belly goes out,
Focusing all the attention on the breath,
Really pulling our sense of awareness,
Our sense of focus,
To the act of breathing.
With each breath,
Just taking a little more air,
Elongating the in-breath,
Gently elongating the out- breath,
Feeling the breath,
Listening to the breath,
Allowing our thoughts just to ride above,
Float away,
Bringing the attention back to the sensations,
Taking in possibility,
Breathing out all stuckness,
Friction,
Stagnation,
Allowing that out-breath to trail a little bit longer,
Pulling in the belly at the end of that out-breath,
Dropping in a little deeper,
Down into the quiet,
Into the stillness.
From this stillness arises all possibility.
From this space comes all action.
May we bring the actions that will help us move forward today,
And may we release all that gets in our way.
