This meditation will start with a short story of the Goddess Radha, the beloved of Lord Krishna. Offering it as inspiration to see divine love in everything. You will then be invited to tap into your own love, seeing it as a divine light within your heart and expanding out to all. Allowing this light to envelop your loved ones, experiences, vistas, and yourself as you offer blessing of love.

Hello, Today we are going to be settling in for a Radha energy meditation. This is going to be all about seeing love and divine love in all things. So in ancient texts, Radha is described as a beautiful young woman who is in love with Lord Krishna. And they love each other very much. It's almost a teenage love affair. And one day Krishna needs to leave Radha. He is the son of a king and is called back to his rightful place. Radha, Being a peasant girl, Is left behind, Missing him, Longing for him. Now many years later, Krishna sends his friend Uddhava to check on the village and check on the beautiful young woman Radha. And Uddhava is astonished to find that Radha is basically calling everything Krishna. The trees, Milk, The cows, She is calling and seeing everything as Krishna. And Radha explains to Uddhava, This is because she sees the divine love in everything now. So I'd like you to use this story as a way to tap into the energy of the goddess Radha, To maybe start to expand our own heart and seeing divine love in all things. So let's start now by becoming comfortable. Let your body settle into the space. And if you'd like, Allow your eyes to gently drift closed. And let's begin to focus on the movement of the breath flowing in and out. Just start to tap into your heart center. You can even place a hand on your heart if that seems right for you. Let's tap into that energy, That love. And maybe seeing this as a divine spark within you. Maybe seeing the heart start to glow within you. And as you rest here, As you breathe, Perhaps that light will start to grow brighter, Eventually filling your body. So watch that light move up into your shoulders, Your neck and your head. Move down through your arms and your torso, Through your legs. Imagine that beautiful heart light filling your whole body. And then let that light expand out, Expand out around you, Expand further and further. Maybe filling the room you're in, The building, Expanding out, Filling the town, The country. Allowing that heart light from you to expand, Filling the world. Knowing that this light coming from you is the divine light. This is the divine that's within you. This heart light of love. So let it spread out. Let it cover our world. And as you rest here and you bask in this light, This light of divine love, Begin to picture in your mind's eye someone that you love. Maybe it's a partner or a child. Maybe it's a parent or a sibling or a close friend. Picture them in as much detail as possible and bless them with your light. Maybe even saying, You are love. You are divine light. You are love. You are divine. And then begin to call to mind an experience you recently had that has brought you so much joy. Maybe you had a great trip to a museum or visited a place of worship. Maybe it was time with a friend. Maybe it was a wedding or maybe the birth of a child. Whatever it is, Just picture this event, This experience, And bless this. Picturing that light washing over it and say, You are love. You are divine light. You are love. You are divine light. And then I'd like you to picture a vista, A natural vista in your mind's eye. Maybe it's the ocean or a mountain view. Maybe it's a beautiful meadow or a perfect sunset with the sky fiery orange and blue and purple and yellow. Perhaps it's a full moon. Just a natural vista. Something beautiful. And just picture that in your mind's eye, Seeing it in as much detail as possible. And then let's bless this. You are love. You are divine light. You are love. You are divine light. And then let's finally come back to ourselves. See yourself sitting here, Resting in your meditation. See your body. See that divine light that is glowing from within you. Maybe it's glowing a little brighter now. And let's take this time to bless ourselves. I am love. I am divine light. I am love. I am divine light. I am love. I am divine light. So just bask in this for a moment. Take a moment to be that love, To be that divine light. Rest. And then when you're ready, Beginning to make your way back, Feeling your physical body, Maybe adding a movement or a stretch as you flutter your eyes open. And take a breath, Ready to start your day full of love and divine light. Namaste, Meditator.
