This is a meditation for calling in the souls that you are here to expand along your life's journey with.
Those who are here to assist you,
Guide you,
Enlighten you,
Heal you and lift you up.
And those who you are here to purposefully serve.
Those who you are here to enlighten,
To guide,
To heal,
To empower and to lift up.
So take some deep breaths right into the bottom of your stomach.
As you breathe out,
Completely release any tension in your body.
Think of these breaths as deep cleansing,
Relaxing breaths.
Tuning into your soul space.
Tuning in to the energy,
Frequency,
The vibration and the consciousness.
The awareness of who you really are.
Before this human life.
Tuning into your soul.
From this alignment and embodiment of your soul.
Visualizing the collective consciousness on this earth as we are all interlinked.
Seeing that we are all connected.
Seeing that we are all here from pure source energy.
Each to fulfill a purpose and a role within the ascension into the fifth dimension and beyond.
Seeing that we are all here in this together.
Knowing that we each have other souls along our journey who will guide us,
Enlighten us,
Teach us,
Heal us,
Empower us and lift us up.
And we each play that role for others within our own purpose and service.
Seeing that divine flow of being supported and supporting.
Of receiving and giving.
Being nurtured and nurturing.
And that we all play the role of both teacher and student.
Now you're going to consciously practice calling in the souls here on earth.
Who you are ready to connect with.
For the purpose of receiving their enlightenment,
Guidance,
Teaching,
Healing and empowerment.
As a coach or mentor.
As a supportive friend.
Just consciously setting that intention that you are ready for your souls to connect for the highest good.
Visualizing beautiful divine souls in the physical form.
Coming into your life with great synchronicity.
Visualize the feeling of knowing.
When you connect they are the most aligned soul for you to learn from at this point in time in your journey.
Imagine that feeling of just knowing that this person has been called in by your soul.
That you are now ready to consciously receive everything that they have within their purpose and their service for your highest benefit.
Realizing that what they have experienced on their journey so far and that which they have expanded from is now going to be passed on to you.
To enlighten,
Expand and to speed up the process of your soul in this life path for the highest good.
Now visualizing and calling in your souls most supportive network.
Within your purpose and your service.
The soul sisters and soul brothers.
Who you are here to be completely believed in,
Appreciated and supported by and vice versa.
Really feeling that visualization of having your souls network with you.
Supporting your souls highest purpose and service.
And now as you are tuned in to your soul space,
Your soul alignment and your soul embodiment.
Knowing the energy frequency and vibration,
The purpose and the service that you have to bring to the collective consciousness.
Knowing the souls of which you are here to serve within your purpose for the highest good.
Really calling them in on a soul level,
Calling them in,
Welcoming them to connect.
Letting them know that you are ready to bring them the enlightenment,
The teaching,
The guidance,
The healing,
The empowerment,
All of the love within your heart.
To assist them,
Support them and lift them up along their highest path.
Realize and feel their sense of connecting with and serving those who are here to receive the highest benefit from your purpose and service for the highest good.
So that they may blossom and ascend beautifully from what you have to bring into their lives from your journey.
And again visualizing that beautiful flow of us all connecting,
Co-creating,
Enlightening,
Supporting,
Healing and empowering one another.
The beautiful flow of being enlightened and enlightening others.
The beautiful flow of being guided and guiding others.
The beautiful flow of receiving wisdom and passing on wisdom.
Being lifted up and lifting up others.
You are not here in this alone.
You don't have to do it all by yourself.
We are all here together and it is a beautiful process from a soul level to call in those who are here to serve you and those who you are here to serve.
Feel the divinity of that.
Feel the oneness of that.
Realize how that holds such a great purpose for the ascension of the collective consciousness into the fifth dimension and beyond.
When you are ready,
Taking in some deep breaths.
Feeling your body with positive energy,
Pure white light as you breathe in and breathe out.
Opening your eyes with the intention of being ready to connect with your teachers and to be the teacher for others.
