This is the Soul Purpose Discovery Meditation, Which you can practice for yourself or by intentionally tuning into someone else. So first of all just take some really deep breaths. Utilize your breath as a way to bring your energy within, Bring your focus within. To really tune in, To really connect, To relax yourself, To raise your energy, Frequency and vibration. Using your breath to really align yourself. Just bringing yourself into a feel good state. And just keep this deep breathing throughout the process. And set the intention as to whether you are tuning into your own soul purpose or whether you are tuning into someone else. And if it is for someone else, Really tuning into their energy. And now whether it is for yourself or whether it is for someone else. We are going to go through a process of detaching from the human and going back to the soul before this incarnation, Before this lifetime. The pure soul energy. So you may want to visualize or feel yourself out in the cosmos, Just above planet earth. Connecting with your pure soul or the soul of the person you are tuning into. Really intending to connect with the soul's pure essence. Also inviting in spirit to assist in this process. To support this discovery. And as you are tuning into the soul's pure essence, Just see if there are any energy colours coming forward. You might see an energy colour or colours or you might just feel or know the colours that are coming forward. You might even hear the name of a colour coming forward. It is not essential so don't worry if you are not getting a colour. But if you are, Just really tuning further into that colour or range of colours. And feeling intuitively what that colour is bringing forward, What it is representing. What is the energy of this colour? If you have a pen and paper with you, You might want to take a moment to just take a note so you don't forget. And next, Just really asking to be shown the pure energy, Frequency and vibration. The essence of the soul's purpose. This may come forward as an energy, Frequency or vibration such as being very nurturing, Being very passionate, Being very strong, Being very protective, Being very creative or innovative or playful. Or a very enlightened focus. Just exploring the energy, Frequency and vibration or the essence of the soul's purpose. Just exploring what is coming forward for you. And again if you have a pen and paper you can just take some notes. Really paying attention to what you feel. And now asking, Has there been a recurring theme with the soul's purpose in past lives? Is there a theme to the soul's purpose? There may be a theme of creativity. There may be a theme of spirituality and magic. There may be a theme of peace, A theme of love. A theme of strength or protection. There may be a theme of very feminine traits or very masculine traits. Anything that's coming forward for you, You may want to take some notes. And now I just want you to pay attention to what the soul, This purpose is really focused upon when looking upon Earth. And what I mean by this is seeing if anything comes forward in regard to what the soul's purpose is really going to assist. For example, You may receive insights that the soul, This purpose is going to assist with the Earth herself, Nature, The ecosystems, The ocean, Marine life. You might feel that the soul is focusing its purpose on children, Assisting the new waves of souls coming to the Earth. You may feel that the soul is focusing its purpose on assisting wildlife and animals. Or perhaps adults in general, Helping them navigate their soul's journey on Earth. Perhaps mothers or fathers in particular, Women or men. Or there may be a specific system, Such as the educational system, The health system, The legal system. Just really asking the soul what it's focused its purpose upon. It may be something that I've mentioned, It might be something else. Just seeing what comes forward for you. If there is a certain area or category that you feel the soul is focusing its purpose upon, Wanting to assist with, Wanting to help, Wanting to contribute to, Just take some notes. It could be a combination. It could be animals and children. It could be the Earth, Nature and wildlife. It could be women and men. Just taking notes what you're feeling drawn to. Again, It could be anything outside of the categories I've mentioned. Just taking some notes. And now asking the soul to go deeper. To show some further insights as to how they're wanting to assist. For example, If you feel that the soul's purpose is focused upon helping the animals, You're going deeper into understanding what in particular the soul would like to help the animals with. For example, Just asking for the deeper, Further understanding. For further insights to come forward. . . For example, If the soul has its purpose focused upon nature, How would the soul like to help nature? Is it about preserving nature, Protecting nature, Creating innovative ideas of how to take care of our ecosystem? Or perhaps if the soul is focusing its purpose upon children and the educational system, What would the soul like to bring or change about what children are being taught? Or if it's about the health system, Is it about physical health, Is it about mental health, Is it about emotional health, Is it all together? What kinds of change would the soul like to bring to the health system? Perhaps the soul is drawn towards the legal system. Is it about human rights? Is it about protecting children? Is it about protecting women? Is it about creating more justice? Is it about empowerment? Just really asking questions and asking the spirit to assist in bringing you these insights. Just taking some time with this to really explore, Really see, Really hear, Really feel, Really know what's coming forward and taking any notes you have. Thank you for your time. Another thing you can do is just ask why. For example, If you feel this soul's purpose is to bring forward creativity and art to adults, Just asking why. What would that invoke? What effect would that have? What's the meaning? Just asking why so you can have a deeper understanding. Or if you feel the soul's purpose is very spiritual, To bring full guidance, To help others on their path. Again, Just asking why. Why is it important for this soul to bring that forward? What is the purpose? What is the effect? And next, Just asking whether this soul has any particular gifts or skills or values that would really compliment and express its purpose. For example, You may feel drawn to particular intuitive gifts, Healing abilities, Intellectual knowledge, Skills, Any creative abilities. Are you drawn to a certain value? Just anything that's coming forward that would align with this soul's purpose, To help express it. Just note it down. It could be to do with communication skills, Writing, Speaking. It might be to do with attaining a lot of knowledge in a particular area. It might be to do with a certain healing modality. Just anything that's coming forward that you feel is a gift, Skill, Ability or value that may align with the soul's purpose. Just asking the soul and spirit to show you and taking notes. And lastly, Asking the soul to show any particular aligned ways that it can express and channel its purpose. Any particular avenues that would really allow the soul's purpose to be fully created and expressed through. You might feel drawn to a certain type of work, A certain job, A certain role, A certain career. Or you might feel that the soul needs to create their own avenue, Their own business in order for it to be fully expressed. Just seeing what comes forward and just remember that this may be something that the person themselves needs to choose from freewill as to how they will create or channel their purpose. There may just be some insights that come through for you. So just being opened without any attachment. Just seeing if anything comes forward. If you get any visions or receive any messages, Just have a certain feeling or knowing about how the soul's purpose could be fully expressed, Created, Channeled through a certain avenue. Namaste. I'm just taking a minute to finish the process, Allow anything else to just come forward and take any last notes. And when you're ready, Just give yourself a hug, Really get back into your body, Start taking some really deep breaths, Saying thank you for the insights you received. Take some more deep breaths, Perhaps moving your hands around your body, Really becoming aware of your body, Being in your body, Grounding into your body. When you're ready, Just softly opening your eyes, Looking around the room you're in. If you can, You might even look outside, Look at a tree, Look at nature. Just really ground yourself. When you're ready, You can reflect on your notes, If they are for yourself, Just see how it's all resonating for you. If it's for someone else, You can share with them, See how it resonates for them. Just practice this meditation a few times to really get used to the process, Really get accustomed to this type of intuitive discovery and process.
