Hello,

Beautiful souls.

Welcome.

Tonight,

I'm going to be guiding you in a Reiki-infused guided meditation.

So just take a moment to get yourself comfortable,

Get yourself relaxed.

You can listen to this while you're at home,

Getting ready to calm down for the end of the night or wind down,

Or even if you're just wanting a little break in the middle of your day with this beautiful moment to just check in and see how you're feeling and enjoying this moment of rest.

So if you are not comfortable yet,

I invite you at this moment to,

You could be sitting up at this moment.

If you wanna lie down,

You may lie down,

Whatever feels good to you.

I just want this to be a moment where you can really do something for yourself,

A moment of receiving and resting.

And there's just so much power when we create that space for ourselves intentionally allowing ourselves to receive.

So with that being said,

Let's take a couple of deep breaths,

Just tapping into our energy and to our breath,

Checking in to see how we're feeling.

So I want you to invite you to take a deep breath in and out your nose,

Deep breath in,

And another breath out.

And this time when we take a deep breath in,

I would like you to breathe in your nose and then exhale out your mouth,

Breathing in and out your mouth.

And out your mouth.

Doing another one of those,

Breathing in your nose and out your mouth.

And this time when we're breathing in,

I want you to breathe in that beautiful intention for yourself for this meditation,

For this Reiki Infused Relaxing Session,

This little mini meditation,

Breathing in and breathing out that intention.

Breathing in that intention and breathing out.

Now,

As you just laid here,

If you're laying down,

I want you to just imagine yourself just relaxing and just seeing yourself looking upon the sky,

Looking upon this beautiful,

Beautiful night sky.

And if you're sitting,

You can be imagining yourself just in this beautiful space,

Just feeling so relaxed.

Above you,

You see the dark blue skies at night and the moon that's shining so bright.

And you just feel so safe and so supported in this moment.

And as you just look at the moon and just look above the stars,

You just feel this beautiful sense of relaxation going all over your body,

All over your mind,

Just sending you into this beautiful,

Relaxed energy.

And as you continue to look at this beautiful view,

You just get more and more relaxed.

And just imagine this beautiful white light that's almost coming down at the very crown at the top of your head,

From all the way down to the end of your root,

Or starting down at your crown.

Imagine it just overflowing down the crown of your head,

Down past your face,

And as it continues to move down,

You just feel so relaxed,

So calm,

So relaxed.

And it keeps moving down your neck,

Down your arms,

Down your heart chakra,

Down to your solar plexus,

Down to your sacral,

Down your arm,

Your legs,

And down to your feet or your root is.

And as this light reaches your feet,

You just feel this beautiful sense of feeling supported and relaxed,

Knowing that it's safe for you to be here,

It's safe for you to be in this moment,

Safe for you to rest,

Safe for you to be here.

Now just allowing yourself to keep connecting with you and just looking into your mind,

Now just allowing yourself to keep connecting with your breath as the music flows,

As the music is infused here with Reiki.

I want you to just imagine this beautiful light continue to flow over your body and this beautiful relaxing sensation.

And as this beautiful light continues to shower over you,

Activating each chakra,

You just feel more relaxed,

You feel clarity,

You feel supported,

You feel grateful.

And I will guide you into a state,

Awakened state when it's time.

So just enjoy the music,

Connect with your breath and just be open to receive.

So just enjoy the music,

Connect with your breath,

We're gonna start bringing back a gentle awareness to our body wiggling our hands wiggling our feet Allowing ourselves to come to a gentle awareness of our environment taking your time no rush If you're needing some more time here to rest You can go ahead and continue to do that If you're ready to go about your day or night You can do that as well Thank you for spending this time with me tonight and this guided meditation I hope that you were able to receive what it was that you needed for this This moment and this time Sending you love
