Just be here now,

Feel your breath as it moves in and out of your body.

Feel your body move through your breath.

As we begin to sink into this space,

Take three deep cleansing breaths.

And after about three deep breaths,

Just return to the natural rhythm of your breath.

Imagine that divine healing light coming in through your crown,

Filling every space of every cell,

Cleansing your energy,

Balancing your energy,

Washing away any excess tension,

Stress,

Any heaviness.

This divine light from above washes it down into your grounding root system.

And Mother Earth transmutes that energy into a higher frequency of love,

An abundance of energy for everyone and everything that calls Earth home,

Including you.

And so now know that with each inhale,

You're pulling up even more of that energy,

That grounding,

Nourishing,

Abundant energy of Mother Earth is running to you through this root system.

With each inhale,

Set the intention more and more of this grounding,

Nourishing energy of Mother Earth is filling you,

Balancing your energy and holding you safely.

And just practice that here.

As you inhale,

Imagine that light coming in through your crown.

As you exhale,

Imagine excess energy leaving through your root system.

As you inhale,

Imagine pulling up that grounding,

Nourishing,

Abundant energy of Mother Earth filling you completely.

And now bring your awareness to the very center of you.

Imagine that spark of light.

Connect to that spark of light that you are.

And with your awareness,

Your intention,

Your attention focused on that light,

It grows bigger and brighter,

Bigger and brighter with each breath,

Each heartbeat.

This light that you are grows so big,

So bright.

It shines out all around you.

This light that you are is growing so big and so bright that it shines out all around you.

Imagine this light shining all around you.

And now turn up the brightness of this light,

The frequency of this light,

Balancing,

Cleansing your energy,

Bringing you to a higher frequency of vibration of the energy that is you.

Anytime you want to balance your energy and protect your energy,

You imagine that divine healing light from the highest source.

And as you inhale,

Imagine that light coming in,

Filling every space in every cell of you.

As you exhale,

Imagine any excess energy along with this divine healing light from the highest source washes down into your root system.

As you inhale,

You pull up that grounding,

Nourishing,

Abundant energy of mother earth,

Which fills you,

Your energetic field completely.

As you exhale,

You imagine that spark of light growing bigger,

Brighter all around you.

Inhale,

Pulling in that divine light into your crown,

Into your being.

Exhale and release excess energy down into this root system.

Inhale to pull in that grounding,

Nourishing energy of mother earth.

Exhale,

Press your light out,

Brighter,

Bigger,

Protecting this balanced energy that you are.

And now in the space of expanded awareness,

Unconditional love,

Pure potential.

And now bring to the front of your mind,

Something you are grateful for.

As you walk into this next year and just hold that in your mind,

Allow feelings of gratitude to naturally increase in your body,

In your mind,

And with this increase,

Just allow the soft,

Warm feeling of effortless gratitude to fill your being.

Now,

And just be here.

Now,

Feeling this gratitude in your body.

Not something you have to find or conjure something that rises naturally when the body feels safe,

When the mind is quiet and you allow yourself to focus on the gratitude.

And now take a slow,

Deep breath in.

And whenever you exhale,

Whenever it feels natural,

Your body remembers how to release with ease,

A little more each time.

And just allow yourself to feel this wave with each inhale.

You focus on the feeling of gratitude in your body.

And with each exhale,

You feel more ease,

Releasing what is no longer yours to carry.

And just know that that natural rhythm is happening with each breath in gratitude,

Each breath out ease and just feel this gratitude within you.

Feel it expand even more.

Even if it's just 1% more feel this gratitude become louder and louder in your body.

It's not forced.

It's just simply felt.

And as you're here in this frequency of gratitude,

Just allow for all the things big and small in your life that contribute to this feeling of gratitude.

Just allow them to come into your mind.

Now as you breathe effortlessly and automatically,

Your mind closes old emotional patterns,

Naturally making space for clarity,

Freshness.

This space fosters gratitude quietly,

Automatically as you drift deeper,

Allow yourself to feel gratitude,

Not only for what has been,

But for who you are becoming.

You feel gratitude for the strengths rising within you,

The clarity taking form,

The alignment opening up.

You feel gratitude for this next version of you with each breath.

You step more fully into this version of you that you are becoming.

Your mind recognizes the qualities of this future.

You and begins weaving them into your daily life.

Naturally effortlessly with gratitude as the thread.

And now just allow your higher self to show you even more about who you are becoming in this next year of time.

Your higher self invites you to sense into the alignment,

The clarity rising within you,

The ease that guides your next steps,

The intuitive direction that has already begun showing up in whispers,

Instincts,

Quiet knowing your body now recognizes what feels aligned,

What feels complete and how you're moving forward in alignment in this next year.

And all of that makes you feel even more gratitude.

Gratitude glows in all the spaces around you.

The spaces where alignment lives as you drift between wakefulness and sleep,

Just let a wave of gratitude move through,

You know,

Gratitude for breath,

Gratitude for release,

Gratitude for receiving gratitude for the completion of the year behind you gratitude for the new cycle rising within you effortlessly and automatically every day you set down what no longer fits space opens naturally for the new version of you.

That is already rising.

You can feel it in the spaces between breath in the soft glow behind your thoughts.

And now know that as sleep comes,

Everything that belongs with you becomes clearer,

Stronger,

More grounded.

You are guided.

Feel this guidance.

You are supported.

Feel this support.

You are becoming feel this alignment every day.

Gratitude rises within you,

Touches more and more of your thoughts and every part of your life.

And now just let yourself drift,

Float,

Soften and sink even deeper.

I'm going to count from five to one.

When I say one,

You'll be balanced and drifting off to a restorative night's sleep.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One balanced and drifting off into a healing sleep.

And you'll wake just before your morning alarm.

Feeling refreshed and elevated.
