I invite you to find a place where you can be comfortable,
Where you won't be disturbed.
Get into a position where you can relax and either sit or lie down.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a long and slow deep breath in.
Exhale all the way out.
One more time.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale fully out.
We will take a moment now to become fully present.
Allow your body to settle in,
To become heavy and still.
Notice any sounds around you,
Whether inside of your space or outside of the room or space that you are in.
Feel your breath,
Your breathing,
And allow it to find its own natural rhythm.
Feel the ground beneath your body supporting you.
Notice how the air feels on your skin.
Allow your attention to just rest on your breath now.
Let any tensions from the day dissipate,
Dissolve.
Allow your face muscles to soften.
Your eyes and forehead are soft and relaxed.
Work your way down your body and visualize all tension melting away.
Your throat is relaxed,
Your shoulders are relaxed,
Your arms and hands are relaxed and still.
Your stomach is soft.
Your legs and feet are relaxed and still.
On your next inhale,
Welcome in peace and love and the feeling of being grounded.
On your exhale,
Let go of anything that isn't serving you.
Any negative energy,
Any fear,
Any anger or pain,
Let it go.
Repeat these statements to yourself silently or out loud.
I forgive myself.
I forgive myself.
I forgive myself.
I accept myself.
I accept myself.
I accept myself.
Allow these words to float in your space and be absorbed into your mind,
Your body and your spirit.
I love myself.
I love myself.
I love myself.
I am worthy of forgiveness.
I am worthy of forgiveness.
I am worthy of forgiveness.
I let go of my past.
I let go of my past.
I let go of my past.
All is well.
All is well.
All is well.
All is well.
We are all on our own personalized and unique journey.
This journey is filled with evolving and growing and love and self-love.
This journey is yours.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your body and to the space around you.
Wiggle your hands and your feet.
Slowly flutter your eyelids open.
All is well.
Namaste.
