Welcome,
Beautiful soul.
Find a comfortable place where your body can soften and be supported.
And allow your hands to rest gently.
Perhaps one over your heart and one over your belly.
And take a slow breath in through the nose and exhale with ease.
And again,
Breathing in slowly.
Breathing out even slower.
Let each breath become an invitation to arrive here exactly as you are.
There's nothing to fix in this moment.
Nothing to force.
Nothing to become.
Only this breath.
Only this Presence.
Bring to mind whatever has been weighing on you recently now.
Maybe it's a conversation.
A decision.
A worry.
A grief.
A longing or a physical pain.
Or simply a feeling that has no clear name.
You don't need to push it away.
You don't need to pretend it is not there.
Just acknowledge it.
And allow it to come into the light of your awareness.
Now,
Softly,
Within yourself,
Whisper these words.
I give this to the wisdom that is greater than me.
Now,
Name what is concerning you.
Just quietly.
Honestly.
Kindly.
You might say,
I give you my fear about.
Whatever that is.
I give you my sadness about.
I give you my uncertainty around.
I give you this burden I have been carrying.
I give you this pain in my body.
Saying where that pain is.
And naming it is an act of courage.
It's not denial.
It's not avoidance.
It is recognition.
It is the opening of your hands.
And imagine those things that you have named now.
That it's resting in your palms.
Oder's its way.
Texture.
It's energy.
And with your next exhale.
Imagine placing it into a vast,
Loving presence.
Now this is a presence that does not judge.
It's a presence that does not rush.
It's a presence that has room for all that you carry.
You don't need to know how it will be held.
You only need to allow yourself.
For this moment.
Not to hold it alone.
Breathe.
Feel the space that remains in your heads.
Feel the softness that begins to appear around your heart.
And yes,
You may still have questions.
You may still have uncertainty.
But you are no longer gripping it so tightly.
Now,
Simply sit in companionship with the divine,
With life,
With spirit,
With a wondrous intelligence that moves through all things.
And you do not need many words,
Just presence.
Just breathe.
Being together.
And when you're ready.
.
.
Into repeat within yourself.
Thank you.
Thank you for this break.
Thank you for this moment.
Thank you for the peace that is here.
Thank you that I am not alone.
And allow gratitude to arise naturally.
Not because everything is solved.
Not because all pain has disappeared.
But because even here.
.
.
Beneath the worry.
There is still life.
There is still breath.
And there is still a deeper presence holding you.
Notice how gratitude opens something within you,
A small doorway.
A window.
Softening.
Peace doesn't always rise as a dramatic wave.
It sometimes comes as a tiny easing,
A gentler breath,
A lessening of pressure,
A feeling that you can take the next step.
Rest here for a few moments.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Now.
Support it.
A company.
And when it is time to return.
Your awareness back to your body.
Feel that surface beneath you.
Notice your fingers,
Toes.
Notice how your body feels now.
Carry this prayer of surrender with you.
I can name what I carry.
I can release what I no longer need to hold,
Alone.
And I can walk forward one breath at a time.
May peace meet you in beautiful ways today.
May gratitude continue opening the doorway and may you remember that you are always held within a love larger than your fears.
And so,
Walk peacefully back into the world,
Carrying less,
Trusting more.
And remembering that you are always held by a love greater than your understanding.
Namaste.
Good.
