Welcome to Dry Your Mind.

My name is Joey.

Today we are going to feel into the knowing that you are right where you are supposed to be.

I want you to take three deep breaths in and out.

We are calming the mind and calming the body.

We are letting go of any current thoughts.

We are letting go of any current feelings.

We are letting go of any current distractions around us.

We are letting go of all tension in our body,

Tension in our mind,

And tension in our heart.

We are relaxing in this moment,

Knowing that all is well right now.

And as you close your eyes and you get more and more comfortable in this place and in this space,

You begin to concentrate on your breathing and nothing else but your breathing.

Breathing in and breathing out.

The thoughts getting fewer and fewer as you relax your mind.

Your feelings getting fewer and fewer as you relax your body.

I'd like you to imagine a place you can go right now.

A beautiful place,

A special place to you.

Imagine this place now.

Maybe it's in nature.

It could be real or imaginary.

Go there now.

And in this place,

No matter where it is,

You see a set of stairs leading down.

And at the bottom of these stairs is light.

Awareness is the light at the bottom of these stairs.

And you seek awareness in this moment.

And awareness is where you are going.

And awareness is where you are.

As you step down each step one by one,

You see your foot touching the first step down.

And you know you are getting closer and closer to this awareness.

You take another step down.

Again,

Feeling the warmth of this awareness.

You step down again,

Getting closer.

And another step.

You have five more steps to go.

And you will be one with awareness.

And in the light of this awareness,

You are feeling better and better as you take another step.

You have four more steps to go.

You are feeling more and more relaxed.

As you take the next step down,

Three steps to go,

And you will be in full awareness,

In full light.

You step down again,

Breathing in the light,

Breathing in the awareness,

Breathing in this moment.

You step down again.

You are almost completely full of awareness,

Full of light.

And with one more step,

You are here,

In awareness.

In complete awareness of this moment,

You feel the energy of light that surrounds you now.

You are completely at peace.

You are completely relaxed.

And clearly now,

You see yourself on a path.

There is no obstacles.

All is clear.

And it is a dry dirt path.

You look down and see the crumbles of light brown dirt and small silver rocks.

And as you take a step forward,

You hear the crunch,

And another step,

Crunch,

And another step,

Crunch,

Of crushing dirt beneath your feet.

You walk with ease and assurance down this path that you know is your own.

There is a lightness in each step.

Your step is so light that you look behind you and you see no marks of your foot in the dirt.

There is no evidence that you even made the last step.

Only the sureness and awareness of the moment.

As each foot steps,

You know you have arrived.

You are fully present.

The past non-existent.

The future non-existent.

You rest in the present with each step you take.

You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

This is your way because it is right where you are.

And you feel into the miracle of this moment,

The trust of this moment,

The knowing of this moment,

The peace of this moment,

The lightness of this moment.

With each step,

You feel more and more trust,

More and more lightness,

More and more flow,

More and more peace.

You move and are being moved by this path,

By the kingdom within you,

By the awareness within you.

You are in connection with your heart,

In connection with your mind,

In connection with all that is,

All that is whole,

All that is one,

All that is light,

All that is peace,

All that is you.

You continue to step and notice the path,

Lighting with each step,

Each crunch,

Crunch on the dirt.

You feel the fulfillment of the movement.

You feel the fulfillment of walking with the light,

Walking in awareness,

Walking fulfilled with connection,

Walking fulfilled with peace,

Fulfillment in trusting each step to be yours,

To be right no matter where it leads,

Because it is yours,

And it is your way,

And it does not matter the outcome.

What matters is now,

And that you are fulfilled now,

And that you are in complete awareness now.

Each step fills you with peace,

Fills you with light,

Fills you with trust that all is well,

Right here,

Right now.

I am peace now.

I am light now.

I am love now.

I am fulfilled now.

I am awareness now.

I flow with each step.

I trust with each step.

I am aware in each step,

And I am fulfilled.

I am whole.

I am complete.

I am peace,

And I am in harmony with life.

I am in harmony with nature,

And I am in harmony with all that is.

I am full of awareness.

I am full of light,

And with each moment,

And with each step I take,

I will be on the path of wholeness,

And I will be on the path that is my own,

In connection with myself,

In connection with nature,

And in connection with all that is.

And all is well.

All is well.

I take this awareness with me into my waking days and into my dreams.

I am awareness.

I am each step.

I am connection.

I am light.

I am peace.

I am each step.

And with this deep sense of awareness,

You can begin to come back to the now.

In a count of five,

You will be back in the present moment where you will live with awareness because you are awareness itself.

In five,

Coming back to the present moment.

Four,

Feeling better than before.

Three,

Slowly feeling your body.

Two,

You are connecting back to your mind and body in this present moment.

And one,

You are fully awake,

Fully alive,

And in the present moment,

Right here and right now,

Full of awareness,

Full of light,

Full of connection.

Take this awareness with you into your day or into your sleep,

Knowing that you are right where you are supposed to be.
