Let's become comfortable here now,
Adjusting the posture as needed to experience this relaxing meditation.
Take a moment now to just settle in and relax.
Close the eyes.
Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness.
Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.
Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.
When you fully love yourself,
This gives you the opportunity to move through the world with deeper compassion for others.
Self-love also allows for greater resilience to withstand any challenging life event or personal adversity.
Be kind,
Be compassionate,
Be understanding towards yourself.
The very practice of meditation is an act of self-love.
Bring self-love into your meditation today.
Bring your attention to your breath,
The inhale and the exhale.
Lovingly focus on that life force energy going in and going out.
Take three deep breaths in and out.
Allow yourself to relax more and more on each exhale.
Return your breathing to its natural rhythm,
Allowing yourself to naturally relax easily and effortlessly.
Bring yourself into the present moment.
Allow the past to be the past,
The future to be the future.
Know you are safe in this moment right now.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head and allow loving relaxation to cascade down your face.
Allow your eyes to become heavy.
Relax your cheeks and your jaw.
Allow your tongue to find its place resting on the roof of the mouth.
Drop the shoulders and allow them to fall away from the neck.
Relax the arms and hands.
Return your focus to the breath and notice the rise and fall of the chest with each inhale and exhale.
If any thoughts or feelings arise,
Lovingly just return your attention to your breath.
Allow for relaxation in the belly and the hips.
Melting into the surface below,
Feeling supported.
Relaxation now flows down through the legs all the way to the feet.
Feeling deeply relaxed here now,
As if you're wrapped in a loving,
Warm blanket of relaxation.
Continue to focus on the breath in this deep state of relaxation as you now relax into the breath and the intention of self-love.
As you breathe into your heart space here,
Send loving,
Kind thoughts and feelings to yourself here now.
