We touch our Heart and we reconnect to what it is that we Know. Then we touch our Heart again and honour the pain and sadness that the Heart has felt in our longing for Peace, Love and Light. We honour what we have agreed to become immersed in the reality of this life, so that we can choose from a space of absolute certainty. In order to be fully aware of what we will never choose again, we must be certain what that is. Then the choice we make is absolute Truth.

Alright my sweet pea, We're going to come into a much deeper space now. We thank this amazing body, This beautiful mind, This incredible journey. We think about the bravery and the courage that it takes to decide to take a body, To be in a space and to feel the impact through this amazing being. Not just the impact of this life journey, But the impact of all journeys. We think about the agreement that we created to do this. And we allow ourselves to settle down into that knowing that we did agree, We said we would and here we are. Breathe into your beautiful body and acknowledge this now. Thank your beautiful body for managing so well up to this point. We also thank this beautiful body for forgetting that it's magnificent, Wonderful and that this was an agreement. So that we could be so absolutely immersed in the experience. Not stand on the outside as the witness, But truly be right in the center of it, Whatever it was and feeling the impact on every single level of our being. And thank your beautiful mind and body for giving you that opportunity. And thank your being for being able to forget that you are wonderful, Magnificent and that you are here on a divine mission. And just for a little while we are to forget and then we are to remember. And we are being asked now to remember who we are. To once again reconnect to our divine and sacred life journey, To the purpose of being and to harness all the experiences that we've had to this point and bring them fully into our awareness so that we can awaken this awareness. So as you see yourself and as you know and reflect upon your life and your journey or history and all the connections and all the collisions, Think about how much you know. And how much is specific to you. There is no other person on this planet and there never will be. One who knows what you know. One who is connecting into this life in the most unique and wonderful way that only you can experience and have experienced. And only you carries the imprints that have been passed on through your line and you hold all of those memories. How incredible are we? And yet we just see a physical form and we try and interpret ourselves through this brain. We try and understand the processing of this being. It becomes so difficult to understand. It's becoming so much more challenging because our idea that we are just a single little human being doing a journey in a bag of bones and then one day we'll be gone. It's too small to fit in all the realities that we understand and know and those that we don't understand and don't even know. When we claim ourself and claim and place ourselves in such a small molecule of perception and the vastness of what it truly is around us, We cannot contain it. And then we don't know how to contain ourselves. We don't know how to be in this world. So we ask now that we can expand our consciousness out of a single concept of just the human body where we connect into the heart energy. We think about this heart and what it has been remembering all the time. When we tap into our heart, We are tapping into our absolute truth and it is here that our deepest memories are embedded and encoded. They are safely held right here in our heart and all the time they are revealing themselves to us. Think about when you touch your heart and become aware of this beautiful space. Think about what you know. In the times of the greatest despair and sadness, Think about how your heart is called for love and kindness. In our ancient times, We have begged and pleaded for mercy from the horrors of our human experience. The heart is always called for love, Kindness, Compassion, Thoughtfulness, Empathy. The heart is always called forth something else. And it's our heart that longs for this peace and this connection. How does our heart know that? Especially when we have lived lives where there's been so little evidence of it. And we might say we know it because we've had beautiful experiences. But when we have the devastating experiences, We don't remember those. But our heart remembers and it longs for something else. It longs for the direct opposite of what it is that you are in as pain. See that now as an awareness. The heart that knows, The heart that holds the key to open this door, And the body and the mind that is holding the awareness of what it is as contrast. Think about the body holding contrast, Experiencing and impacting with this contrast. And now you have two points. Imagine these as two points in a triangle. And you draw up your awareness to the top point of the triangle. And we open up here into our heightened awareness. We connect to our crown and the energy of this portal that is open. Think of a baby. When it's born, The fontanel is open and squishy. Access, Direct access. And as we grow up, This hardens and closes up. And it's harder for us to access unless we do it outside of our amazing being to perceive. Imagine now that we can soften this area here in the crown. We can begin to open this as a portal. We begin to connect once again to that divine illuminated light that flows in us and through us, That nourishes us and guides us, Our intuition and insight. And feel the flow of that coming into you now. We are deeply grateful to be reconnected. We thank this body for its willingness to be disconnected because in the disconnect we know what it is that we seek. And now we know how to find it once again through the heightened perception, Through the opening of the portal, For the coming back to the center right here at my heart. Drop it into the solar plexus and just breathe. Opening up the awareness of clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, Claircognizance, Intuition and insight. Opening up our ability to connect and know and understand. This beautiful being holds all this energy. And then we drop it down into the center of the solar plexus. We bring it home to the very center of our being. And right here we connect all the way back to the beginning of the circle. We see the point where we made the contract, The agreement to step into this life in this way. And we ask now that the Akashic records of what it is that we are here to bring in, To begin to activate. I begin to see and understand again. I begin to remember who I am. Divine being of light and love. I stood with a council of light. I understood exactly what my journey would look like. I saw all the pathways of possibility. And I chose this one. And then think about those who chose with you. That we never do a journey on our own. Think about the ones you would call in to walk beside you and hold you while you do what it is it was intended for you to do. Who would you call in? Who would you call in to play the most difficult roles with you? If you knew playing that role would expand your consciousness and elevate your awareness in the most significant way. Who would you call in to play the game of contrast with you so that you would remember? And think about who we would call in. We would want to call in the one that we love and trust the most, With the most delicate moments of our being, Our most vulnerable self. We would want to call them in. We would want them to be the ones to deliver the hard messages to us so that we would awaken. Because we know we would love them anyway. We know we would love them beyond. We know that when we come back to our place of being light, We will see them without the behavior, Without the roles, And we'll see them as the ones we love and trust to walk beside us no matter what. And the ones who care the most that we create this life into an expansion in awareness, A heightened awareness. That they so want us to elevate our perception. That they would play their role, Even if it means to the last breath, They will play that role. And think about this as messengers. There are so many messengers in our lives. Those who are bringing in all the static, Chaotic energy. Notice how many of these are right in our family. We cannot walk away from them because they found a way to be part of your life journey as part of your family. It would be easier to tell a friend to go away and turn around and never look back. But really difficult with a family member. Notice who is in your life that is a messenger. And now listen to the message. What are they showing me? What are they revealing to me? Who are they? And feel this cord of connection from you to them. This memory that we love each other beyond, Beyond, And beyond. We love each other beyond behavior. And equally know that you are playing a part in their life expansion, Their soul's growth. And that whatever interaction you're offering, May it also be in support of their life. And sometimes that requires we play the harder role. But always there is love. Love and deep memory that we are doing this so that we can grow, So that we will know, So that we can come home. Every time we succeed, Our light becomes a little brighter. And it will be easier for us to merge into that higher frequency. We cannot move into higher frequencies when our frequency is low. This is why we must grow. We are feeling that urgency now as a species to grow significantly, Rapidly. To those who share your life, Feel a warm vibration moving now from your second chakra. And in this open, Clear vibration at your throat. And imagine that you can hold both of these streams open. That in your heart and in your soul, With the voice of light and love, That we would speak into their energy field, I love you, I love you, I love you, No matter what. Please forgive me. I'm so sorry. Thank you. The gracious words of O upon O upon O. I love you. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. I'm so sorry. When we see what it is that we are playing in, It's so easy to come to this point of absolute compassion and kindness. I see. I remember. We open our throat to receive light and love and wellness from this beautiful energy now flowing in through the top of the crown. We bring into our awareness the sound of the lower C and the harmonic range. We imagine that this could be the song of this beautiful life being a single note of clarity. I rest deeply in this awareness. The depth of gratitude pours from my heart towards my own delightful human being. May this note bring resources, Recovery and wellness to every bone, Marrow, Nerve, Tissue and fibro of your energy system. May you feel a deep wellness here, A reverberation of kindness. And connect the sound and we feel a fullness and a completeness in this beautiful body, This beautiful mind, An agreement that we are divine beings holding a form to be informed, To perform and then to transform. And the frequency of this energy of transformation, We imagine that that could be the note of C an octave up and that this high vibration sound now could be the sound and the song of the soul. We begin to integrate this song into our being, Feeling like we have walked into a beautiful column of light that is our light, That we've been wandering around a little bit outside of it, Getting lost on the edges and the shadows and the darkness. And we simply bring our beautiful body, This beautiful being into the agreement that we are beings of love and light and we walk back into our light. And as we walk back into this light, The song of the soul and the song of this beautiful human being reverberate as one beautiful, Connected, Integrated, Aligned sound. I stand here in the very center of absolute truth, Absolute love, The deepest inner peace. In this moment, There is no grieving, No hardship, No anger resentment, No stories. There is nothing that I could hold on to because there is nothing, Just light. And I feel the lightness in my being. I feel this beautiful lightness bathe my soul and nourish this glorious heart of mine. And the heart remembers this and comes home. No more pursuing and doing and hardship and activating, No more games and playing, Just a space of coming home, Home to the heart, Home to love, Home to peace, Kindness and compassion, Home to the delight of life. And as we come in, This whole body, It has been primed to be activated through its sensory system to be vigilant and fearful and to struggle for survival. This whole body relaxes and understands, I don't have to survive. I'm already light, I'm already that. I'm simply doing a journey in this mind body. And there is a deep peace in that. And in this moment, We let go of the five senses need to keep us safe and watch out and vigilance and fear and hate and anger and judgment and shame and blame and all the games of the lower vibration, The vibration that involves fear, Survival, Control, Manipulation, That this doesn't exist, That I no longer stand in that contract or that agreement, That I understand who I am, A divine being of light and love. And now I simply stand here in my absolute truth. Feel this energy of your truth and the deepest memory and the clarity and the heart knows and the heart is home. In the center of my being, I'm home. When we stand here in this column of light illuminated, We draw the light in and through our being, We realize that if we do this, We illuminate the path. It is our own divine light that is guiding us and giving us the insight, Tuning us in. And so it's easy to move forward in this life journey to continue, But to be able to see and interpret through a new lens, A heightened vision, And this frees the body to enjoy, To delight in this life. We reprogram our system away from survival into thriving by moving in and through this life, Finding and receiving and recording all the ways that our eyes, Ears, That our taste and touch, Our smell can perceive the wonders and the delight of this life. And when we do this, When we change our program, Our inner program, And we start to use our senses in a different way, We begin to know life again. What a wonderful space this is. Like a new child, We begin to see again the beauty of this world, The depth of the souls of each being and each life form. We begin to see and perceive again. We see from a lens of wholeness and completion and beauty, Magnificence and wonder. Let this fill your heart and soul now so that the richness and the fullness of this experience, By contrast, Amplifies it. Let the energy amplify your field and allow your energy to glow and to flow and to grow. See yourself now in a beautiful energy part encapsulated. Like you hold yourself in this glorious space. You see the body field and the energy field around it and the activation of the frequency coming into the top of the crown and the body being able to transmit that energy through a form and stabilize it and anchor it into this dimension. See yourself strong, Courageous, Beautiful, Flexible, Open. See yourself as a portal through which this magnificent frequency can flow. Like a lighthouse in a dark night, We simply are and we radiate the light that we alone can hold. See yourself standing in your absolute truth, Your beauty and your love. This life holds me and supports me abundantly and I abundantly and lovingly support this life with all my heart and all my soul, With every breath and every step and every beat of my heart. Open this energy all the way down into your base, Anchoring and holding you here now. We open our awareness into the high frequency of transformation and we open the frequency of creativity that we can begin and create again. May these energies hold you now and support you as we allow ourselves to gently come back into this time and this place, Into this body and into this life. Bring your awareness gently back breath by breath and as you breathe in, Open the breath into your body and feel the fullness of that breath of life flourishing and nourishing you. Open and expand it in and as we breathe out a deep ahhhhh. Become aware of the time of day, Of the temperature, Of the season. Deep breath in, Ahhhhh. Opening the heart energy with a deep ahhhhh. This releases oxytocin and the body loves that deep breath. Ahhhhhh. All is well, All is well. Now visualize you and your own beautiful cocoon, Your crystal of light and love and seal your energy in now. This beautiful energy that Donna Eden teaches us, Let's do that now. Free your arms, Place your fingertips on the base of your body and your pubic bone, This anchoring point. Stand with your body and thank your being and then draw your energy up as you draw midline and go all the way over your sternum, Under your throat, All the way to your chin and a little hollow before you get to the bottom lip and just rest there and lock this in here. Imagine you've got imaginary keys in your hands, Turn those keys, Lock the energy into your central meridian. Now open your energy up all the way above you. Stretch your arms as far as you possibly can above you, Stretch your fingers out, Pull the energy around you like your wings and then let your hands find each other to complete the circle. When the palms touch, Feel the completion in the beautiful pond. We do this three times, Anchor once again, Breathe, Relax, Reconnect, Seal up your beautiful energy, This beautiful vibration, Come to the chin, Lock it in and then draw it all the way up to your highest connection of light and love. Open up your ribs, Your lungs, Reach up as far as you can and then open up your wings, Stretch your fingers like your feathers, Ready for the flight of this whole new life journey, Beautiful you. Finish the circle, Lovely you, Now anchor the third time, Anchor and then pull it up, Well done. Here I am locking it in, Connecting in to the constant flow of the divine light, Seeing yourself in your own beautiful pod and all life around you more easily visible to you in this clarity of the space. Finish the circle, Bring your hands, Palms together, Touch your heart. Feel the balance of your left and your right side of your body and send a message of love to you, Your own beautiful mind, Body and being and then send a message of love to all those who share your life, To your community and to all the plants and all the creatures, To all life.
