And think of the energy of being precise.
When we think of a precision energy,
It is laser focused.

It's the energy of being accurate and thoughtful.
So hold the word precision in your mind and in your awareness for a little while and ask your being what is that word and that sound and the vibration of the energy of precise precision,
What does it resonate in you?
And if there is a sense that being precise has come towards you with an idea of being,
You being controlled,
Allow yourself to drop that now.
If there is any external energy on that word or that feeling,
Allow yourself to drop it now.
That truly nothing can control us because we have this magnificent gift of free will and we are free to choose.
As you hold the energy of this word in your vibrational field,
Ask your being to adjust into it with the idea of having free will to be precise.
And as you welcome that idea into your mind and your body,
Ask your body now to relax deeply.
The part of our brain that wants to engage and process,
We've given it a nice little task to play with,
To entertain it and allow the brain to take that thought and to play with it in any way it desires.
And now we connect into our enteric,
To the very center of your being.
Begin to activate at this point of your body and feel like you are coming to the very center of your being.
Breathe into it and honor the center point.
Feel like you can very accurately define the point of your being where you know yourself to be in still point.
If you could take all the tangles,
All the worries,
All the must-shoulds and have-tos,
The roles,
The performances,
And stretch them out around you.
And then come back to a point right in the center where none of this exists.
Allow yourself to come to that point now.
Beyond my roles,
Beyond performance,
More than my label,
My description,
More than my pursuits and endeavors.
Find that point and come into it now.
And what is there in the space?
Look around to see what is in the space with you here.
Then relax your entire body around the center point.
Let your legs feel heavy and your feet feel firm upon the earth.
Let the balance of your left and your right and your body hold you now perfectly.
Smooth your brow,
Relax your shoulders.
Breathe in this beautiful breath,
Stream with energy.
And as you are breathing this in,
Allow it to go to that very center point and ask yourself,
What is here?
Breathe into the breath that is all around us and ask what is in this breath.
Where is the stuff and the substance,
The evidence?
And we seek it but we cannot find it.
It simply is beyond boundaries,
Limitations,
Labels,
Roles,
Gains.
Here is the breath.
It's all around me.
And there is a center point within me that resonates with this and knows it so well.
It feels as if I've come home to me.
And I understand me now in this space without a face,
Without a role.
I have a sense of me in this endless,
Open,
Beautiful space of all that is.
I can recognize myself here,
But how do I do that?
How do I know that that is me when there is no one telling me who to be and how to be?
When there is no position that indicates who I am,
How grand I am.
How do I know that this is me?
Relax your body into that idea and that thought and ask your being,
Is there a pressure for not knowing?
Do I feel fearful right now?
Am I anxious in any way?
Where would I hang this coat that says anxiety in the space that has no hooks?
Is there anxiety in me now?
In this beautiful,
Vast,
Open space,
Ask your being,
Is there anger in me now?
How would I look if in this space I was angry?
What would I look into?
What would reflect it back to me?
How would I even know?
There is no way to put the coat that says anger,
No hook.
Is it possible for me to see myself without any of my identities,
Without any of the pains that I've accumulated?
And yet here I am in this deep inner sanctuary,
Aware of myself breathing and looking deep within.
The mind is clear and the body is at peace and the soul is filled with grace.
If I know how to hold this energy even for a little while and I hold it in the vast space of all that is.
And I imagine that with every breath I am releasing this frequency into the space around me.
Take a deep breath in and breathe it through.
Release this beautiful energy into the space that surrounds you.
Take a deep breath in.
Draw it up to your third eye and breathe it out.
Relax into it.
Feel how your body knows how to breathe and you are aware of yourself with a body because it's breathing,
